Horrible experience, first took the car to be checked was charged $200.00 dollars for a 30 minute job and $25 dollar part. Then was told car was good to go next day car turns off again taken back and told once again after leaving it there car is good to go. The next day car turns off again did not return end up going to my old mechanic who PROPERLY diagnosed and fixed the car. Scam scam shady work.

I don't like the payment system, I like when you place the card and they charge whatever you put in, not that I enter the amount and if I run out of gas then I have to make a transaction again.

I just bought $36 worth of gas using a credit card, they charged $100!!! I didn’t get a receipt as it was full service. I called them back to complain and they said I should get my money back within 24 to 48 hours that’s how their system works. I told them I was not told this and customers should know. If I don’t get my money back I’ll be raising hell there!!@Shell…I’m response to your reply, I have multiple credit cards and 3 bank accounts. This situation has never happened in my 30+ years of purchasing gas or anything else in the last 3 states I’ve lived in. Banks or credit cards don’t just put a hold on your money or extra money for purchases unless your company requires this sort of thing. With that said, I’m not shopping for gas at Shell.UPDATE:I got the rest of my money back after a 48 hour hold. This is not convenient when you use your debit or Step card. So watch out for this scheme in New York!
