I love this location. I frequently visit for lash and makeup services done by artist Berlyneda. She’s patient, friendly, and very talented. My makeup is always on point and never disappoints!

I went to this store to get lashes placed on. This was second time using beauty services at the Kings Plaza location. The first time was great. This time it was horrible. I went to my lashes done. The girl Berlynda did my lashes. The were.coming off when I got home. Mind you I live in Long Island. I could not go back and get them redone. I was home. I went back today to show the young lady that the lashes were coming off. She said they not suppose to stay on for 24 hours. Out of all my years getting beauty services done. The beauty consultant never said they not suppose to last no more than 24 hours. I was always told a week and yes they stayed on. She then said let me ask my manager. She comes back and says my manager said I would have to pay for the service again. Mind you the first time I paid 40. Why would I pay that again. She then said no, just 15 dollars. Why would I pay again for them not to stay on. I would think as in any beauty service you pay for, when something is messed up. They fix it because it’s within 24 hours. That happens at the nail place the hair dresser, waxing places and other places I have gotten my lashes done. I don’t recommend any one go to the kings plaza store. Everyone that I told what happened asked why did I go to that one. They suck at customer service and making the customer happy. I usually go to Sephora in lake success for beauty services. I only went that one because I was in bklyn. Lake success is the best. Now I have to spend extra money on my lashes. I should not have to spend money again and now I did. It’s sad because they didn’t even offer to fix it and was literally less than 3 hours before they were coming off and I don’t know how to fix them. When I got there I had to wait 20 mins for her to come back from lunch. So she was late for my appointment and did not put my lashes on correctly. I am pissed off. I have work and personal events to attend this week. Now tomorrow I have to spend money again as I said earlier. I am very disappointed in services received. The crazy part is that if I would’ve came back Monday saying that. I could understand but a few hours later and coming off. I go to Sephora regularly for this service. So disappointed. I guess I should’ve stuck to what I know and went to lake success. I’m really shocked that they did not fix it and she saw where it was coming apart. Again angry and disappointed

Amanda is a gem! She made my Halloween look come together, and I got so many compliments on my makeup. Not only did she do an amazing job, but her presence is just a joy to be around. This was my first time at this Sephora, but I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a great experience at Sephora! The girl who helped me, I believe her name was Renee,was incredibly kind and attentive. She had short red locs and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect foundation for my skin tone, along with other products I needed. Thanks to her amazing customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back!🩷🩷

EYE greeted an employee when I walked in and she stared at me like I had three heads. They’ll only greet you/offer help if they think you’re stealing other than that you’re invisible. This happens every time I come to this location

The sales person had such an distasteful approach,buying makeup, should be a pleasant trip. She was so condisending. I just needed to see the product and how it would work for me, and valued her knowledge as she is the sales personel. So when she ask if I wanted to see another line of makeup, I just was turned off and said no, plus she was using too much terms of indearments.

I think these things are unbelievably pricey but my daughter wanted to go in and get one of those small hand sanitizers. Really don't know what all the rage is about, but she got it and was satisfied, so... I guess it worked out for her. Customer service was good.

Terrible service, everyone avoids customers and when you finally get help it’s like you’re bothering them while at work. They need the secret shoppers to come during the evening. I would not shop here again.

Ever since the body shop closed all their stores in the US I’ve been looking for good skin products.
I went to a few places and the products were cheap quality, and not as good as the body shop. Someone recommended Sephora, and I’m glad I came here! They have products for specific skin types.
I explained to the worker all my products I used to buy from the body shop and she found replacements for all of them.

Literally the worst Sephora you can visit. The women are so darn rude! They are not knowledgeable. They don’t like being asked for help; it’s almost as if the customer is interrupting something. They will flat out tell you something is out of stock without checking. You ask someone else (from the perfume dept) and they are more than happy to help find your item. The location is a waste of time.

Baskets are all dirty, and employees are rude. Was making sure the product I was going to buy wasn’t broken as it was glass and some products were stained and was told to not open the product that was already in my basket. I had just opened one product, that I was ready to buy. I explained that I was just making sure that it wasn’t broken and got told a completely unrelated response: to use the testers? At the registers too, I was ready to check out and the girl was on the radio, that’s fine, but then after the conversation was over she just stood there.. and stared into space twice during my transaction. Will be going to another location in the future.
