This place is AMAZING! My 9 year old loves to get drunk elephant rare beauty blush glow recipe sol de JANEIRO perfume and something called retinol. Can someone tell me what these are and why they cost SO MUCH ?! Anyways, place is amazing! Going there today to get my daughter drunk elephant dew drops! ❤️??

This is the worst sephora in all of Brooklyn. The worker are nothing but flat out rude. My sister had asked an employee to check if they had a shade of a contour stick and the worker checked the drawer and they had it . You would think that the story would end there and she would have given it to her but no the worker placed her hands over the product my sister wanted and said they don’t have anymore. I’m not sure if she decided that the contour stick was too dark for her because she’s white or what happened. Either way very rude and unprofessional. We both felt extremely uncomfortable and needed to leave

Worst Sephora I’ve ever been to with the worst employees. They don’t like to help and ignore you whenever you ask for something. It’s as if no one is even working there with the lack of attention anyone gives you. I would not recommend coming here. AT. ALL.

As someone who frequently shops at Sephora. This location was by far one of the best that I have experienced. The staff was helpful without being overbearing. And the products were readily available.
