Needed a color match and I knew it all depended on the person who I had helping me. Lela was phenomenal. She went out of her way to show me many different products, advise me, and even give me tips on applying my make up and what works/vs doesn’t for my skin type + texture. As an ER nurse who works night shift, I desperately needed it and I’m so glad I had her today. Lela thank you times a million.

I came in for a color match, but it seemed like the employee wasn't very enthusiastic about her job. She attempted to color match me while I was still wearing makeup, refused to go the extra mile when the products I needed weren't in stock, and seemed more interested in chatting with a friend who visited her. It was the worst experience!

A few complications during arrival about appointment (mostly on my part) but over all the the experience was great. They helped me with my look very efficiently and I was in love with the results. I went in with the slight concern when doing my look the use of already open products may leave unwanted results the next day. There was no issues. Hopefully this was helpful.

I booked a makeup appointment for my daughter and they canceled on me 2 days before the occasion. Went in person to try and fix the problem, come to find out they gave my appointment to another girl. Will never book with them again. They didn't even try and add a makeup appt or even apologize.
