This place is a hot mess. People open the products, and they are always out of things I am looking for. Ik I can order online but I do like shopping in person especially if I need something quick.

Love it here! You won't be walking out empty handed, that's for sure. Lots of different products to chose from and be customer service is great! I just can't help myself...I keep going back for more lol

Amazing Service - Vanessa was my Sales Person & from the moment we entered the store, she was all smiles & patience - nothing was too much trouble & I had plenty questions ... Ever so helpful & her knowledge of the products (hair & skincare) was spot on - the Cashier was just as pleasant - Definitely a store I will return to for my personal essentials = What a Pleasure & Thank you Ladies.

My name is Beatrice and I was shopping at your sephora peacefully trying to lay my mind off things after I just got rejected by the love of my life, Richard. Then I go into your perfume isles and I see him, that familiar face… Richard. Richard noticed me and started approaching me closer and closer. I then went up to one of your asian black hair employees. I asked her if she could show me where the drunk elephant was because I wanted to get away from Richard. She started speaking some foreign language and walking away from me so I followed her thinking she was guiding me to the drunk elephant section but she went into the hair section. I asked “This is not what I asked for I want the drunk elephant.” Then she said thinking I didn’t understand “I took you here because it looks like you need it” in chinese. This really hurt my feelings so I started walking around the store to find the drunk elephant myself. Once I finally found it a 3 year old ran past me with her hands covered with drunk elephant lala retro cream and a bronzi drops all over her. Than I grabbed a drunk elephant retinal cream to see the ingredients and an infant grabbed it out of my hands and said “HEY I NEED THAT” I said “Hey I was looking at that!” Than she shoked me with her next phrase, “YEAH I CAN SEE WHY YOU WERE LOOKING AT THAT” I was heart broken as I ran away with lala retro mouisterizer on my hands…

Sephora is completely OVER priced.. OVER rated... I NEVER bought anything from Sephora.. The staff is nice... I just know that there are better prices and better stores than Sephora... I did buy "THE ORDINARY" because it was on sale for $6.00pd cash...The cashier asked me if I wanted points, for my cell#, ETC.. I told her NO... I am so sick of pushy stores trying to get you to sign up for nothing I want....

Completely upset with my visit today.(03/22/24). I usually buy in this Sephora but today no one help me in the perfume section.I was checking out perfumes with my mom and this employee behind us kept looking at us with a silly face. She look bother we were smelling the perfumes. It really made my visit uncomfortable. She was there the whole time and did not ask if I need help. I really wanted to buy the Prada perfume. I would get it now at Macy’s.Ps Sephora Williamsburg got more nicer employees ?

This Sephora was friendly and courteous. They don't always have the newest products, but they are convenient and local and always have what I want as well as good prices.

The staff is nice very helpful but when you go you can’t stay long enough because there is no ventilation. It’s too hot . How are we suppose to shop around with high music and heat. Do not recommend going there, last time I asked for the door to be open for some air.

I love this sephora! It’s mostly clean! The workers are super kind and try to help you find everything you need and get it for the cheapest price and they get you amazing deals! When something is sold out they check in the drawers from me and offer to order it for me so I can get it cheaper and faster!

I had my makeup done today by Amani. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She really listened to all my concerns and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I am so thankful for the wonderful service she provided!
