Not sure if it's because I'm south american, but I was followed around the store by some lady with glasses. She never asked me or anyone else if they needed help. So obviously her job is to profile customers and watch them. On a different occasion I asked an employee about an item and he had such an attitude. The audacity I had to ask you a question and have small talk about make up. Almost as if you work at a makeup store ?

I usually avoid this location that’s why I’m knocking a star off but today I was helped by Trisha and Mayan and they were a really great help and I feel like the products they recommend were truly worth the money and every rec they just really understood what it was that I needed and I’m v pleased with my experience thank you

Terrible customer service. Thoroughly unsatisfied with both my purchase and the customer service itself and was told there was nothing they could do despite customer service on the phone stating I could get a replacement.

The only reason I’m giving this location 5 starts is because of the wonderful associate Kayla. When I tell you I have absolute horrible anxiety coming into Sephora because I never know how I’m going to be treated or targeted. That being said Kayla was absolutely wonderful she made my experience so easy and stress free. Give her all the points,credits, what ever it is associates get cuz she is an all star player keep up the good work Kayla it wasn’t unnoticed.

My experience at this Sephora was AMAZING! Caryla helped me today and she took her time to smell all the perfumes with me, and even helped me find the correct concealer. I appreciate her thank you so much caryla ?
