June 2024: Needed to visit this location again today unfortunately. The black girl working the afternoon shift is a racist anti semite ?
Their testers look as if a bunch of “Sephora kids” have been given free rein of the store especially the Saie brand which was completely empty and destroyed.
Stay away from this location.
2023: Worst Sephora that I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of stock of most products. Shelves are half empty. Good chance that they’ll be missing the product that you’re coming for. They’re always understaffed only two salespeople in the entire store. Some of the people that work there are dumb and nasty. I purchased $250+ worth of makeup, when I asked if I could have an extra bag she said that would be an extra charge of five cents. Am I going to take out my card again so that you can charge me another five cents for a stupid bag? Nope. Their processing fee for the transaction is more than that already…stupid salesperson.

If I could give it a zero star, I would very horrible place never restock. The testers are always disgusting the workers I do not even know that there’s workers there there’s nobody to help you. It’s like a zombie at this point kohl’s get your things together…

The customer service is terrible; no one asked if I needed help. I had to seek assistance, and to make matters worse, there's never anything in stock when I visit. I won't be going there again.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I went in there looking for a particular perfume and the tester was finished. I was able to still smell the scent through the nozzle, as i did with majority of the other empty perfume testers sitting on display. ( smell was fading) I could’ve walked out but i decided to ask “were all the empty perfumes sitting on display out of stock” one sale associate told me “no” and proceeded to open the bottom draw and BOOM! A draw with plenty of perfumes IN STOCK (some weren’t on display either) that customers have no knowledge of :| it would be nice to know what’s available, instead of just watching customers leave.

I stopped by this Kohl's location so I could return something I bought. This store is located in a plaza where there were other stores like Target, Skechers, Five Below, and Best Buy.I didn't browse too much in Kohl's since I wanted to return my item and go home. I could tell they had a lot of good items. Next time, I will definitely take my time and look around. I was able to return the item quickly and leave.

The worst Sephora ever! Nasty sales people and cashier, who does the hiring? Because I’mPretty sure the girl I dealt with today never smiled a day in her life. Bare empty shelves. Safe to say even the Sephora chain is going downhill.

I really don’t recommend you not to use this store, cause first of all store needs to change their staff, they have never respected their customers once you are gonna ask them special questions about your choice and they got really lack of choices about different perfumes

Manager Ed may be approving fraudulent charges or processing them himself. I live in South Carolina. I had charges from this store in New York. When I called and spoke with Ed he refused to pull the receipt. He lied and said receipts were "private information" which is absurd then switched his lie and said he wasn't able to pull receipts in store. I had to drive to my local store and speak with the manager here. The manager here in South Carolina pulled the receipt for me and was very concerned Ed lied and hung up on me. She did 1,500 miles away what Ed said in couldn't do which is extremely suspicious. Why else would Ed "the manager" lie if he? I can only assume he is in on the fraud because he actively blocked me from getting that receipt info. I would like and expect an explanation. If Ed is unaware of the fraud in his store wouldn't he want to know the transaction? the employee? the register? Apologize to the victim? why would he hang up on a victim trying to get the receipt information with the victims card info? He did none of these things. How is he protecting customers and Kohls when he refuses to acknowledge customers? Not to mention he is obligated according to merchant agreements with credit card companies and their card holders.
