I love this store. The tall lady always helps me out. They go above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for. Also what I love is that some days I spend lots of $ here and other days I can’t seem to find exactly what I’m looking for. But they never make you feel bad for not buying anything. So nice and polite. And their clothes collection is perfect for many occasions.

They let me measure things that are not my size and style. I visited the store a second time and the service has not changed! No more foot there! Yes, and things are expensive and do not match the price and quality. And the purchased clothes can only be exchanged, the money for the purchased clothes is not returned, but can be left in the system in the form of a loan to buy other clothes. I do not recommend it!Ужасный сервис , женщина по старше разговаривает так ,будто мы пришли к ней за бесплатной одеждой( в этот момент в голове возник вопрос : - а корона не жмет ?) . Дают мерить вещи не моего размера и фасона. Второй раз посетила магазин и обслуживание не изменилось ! Больше ни ногой туда ! Да и вещи дорогие и не соответствие цены и качества. И купленная одежда подлежит лишь обмену ,деньги за купленную одежду не возвращаются ,но могут оставить в системе в виде кредита ,для покупки другой одежды. Не рекомендую!

This boutique is my favorite. I bought a lot of good quality clothes there and every time I go there they have beautiful designs. I am very thankful and pleased with their products. Unprofessional workers or the owners, totally overpriced products. Had an awful experience there. They just try to fit you in everything even though I saw one dress they were trying to fit me in would be tight. I asked the sales person to help me to put it on. Instead of telling me that this size might not work, She ( a blond girl) was trying hard and the dress came out ripped a bit on the side. She quickly took it off and went to sew it. When I found 2 things that I liked and was about to pay for them (160$) she asked to pay for that ripped dress. I would highly NOT recommend to go there!

i will never step foot in here again. i walked in, no one said hello or offered help.Every other customer got help. I came in wearing sweats so they assumed i wasn't going to buy? I loved getting eye rolls from the employees when i tried to look at clothes. Sales girls literally would push me out of the way to grab clothes before i could. I was overlooked because i wasn't wearing an hermes bag or chanel boots. If you want to be ignored and feel degraded, this is the PERFECT store for you!

Finally a store that actually has nice clothing for different occasions AND accessories options in Sheepshead Bay! They have so many cute tops and dresses. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you find anything you may be looking for including Julia Irina and Olga. Came in for a dress and they picked out so many options for me. It's the best like having a personal shopper. They also have a steamer on hand which is always super convenient! I love this cute boutique. Will be back for sure!

I have recently visited this store with my daughter, looking for a perfect dress for her 17th birthday, not only was the customer service superb, the dress was amazing.
