“I had an outstanding experience at Extra Space Storage today, Sunday, October 6, from 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM. The employee working during that time was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. When we realized we lost our keys, he immediately stepped in to assist us in getting the door open, without any hesitation or judgment.
He was so patient and accommodating, especially since we were running late. We truly felt like “those late people,” but he made us feel comfortable and at ease. His customer service was exemplary—probably the best we've encountered in a long time.
We didn’t catch his name, but we are so grateful for his support. Thank you for having such wonderful staff! We need more people like him in the world. Highly recommend this location!”

“Miguel is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been here multiple times to buy boxes/other moving supplies and just rented a storage unit, and all my experiences here have been positive thus far. Miguel took care to explain every step of the process for me, and offered to show me around multiple types of units. I never thought a self-storage company could be so nice and have so much personality… Check out their front office and you’ll see (was offered fresh baked cookies and water, and the office is wood paneled and filled with interesting decor).”
“Moving Made Easy and PLEASANT! Firstly, Simi and Dan were very helpful prior to the move to set the date, change the date and scope of move (due to changes on our end). They were quick to send the COI for the buildings. But the BEST was the team headed by John who arrived early, worked efficiently, were nice to talk with and completed a complicated move in record time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!”

“Its a storage facility, they are remodeling and upgrading, the office staff were always very pleasant, the facilities were clean, and there were enough elevators that even when they are busy, it wasn't s long wait. There were also enough push carts. The only negative, and its not a reasonably correctable situation, is parking when things are busy, their space will hold 8 cars or vans easily but 4 will block the other 4 so most people do not pull all the way in. And Yes i would use them again if i moved back to Brooklyn”
