I made two orders at Seforim Center. They have products which I have not found anywhere but I later found one book was defective. When I called I was told customer service would have to call back later. No one ever has. I did get a response to my initial email follow up request which asked to confirm the product needing replacement. After several days without further response by phone or email I sent another request for status of my request. Five days later I have still not received any reply.
