Worst customer treatment i’ve seen from a company in nyc. Wouldn’t even hear me out on what i needed first to then provide with a broken door. What a scam!

My beautiful forest green Secur-A-Door steel security and storm door installation was finalized at my house on 12-22-2020 in Queens, NY. I am so happy with it. It was a custom made request so that the magazine mail slots matched for both security door and the original entry door. Owners, Shlomo and Amir Peleg went out of their way to comply with my request, which was very unusual. As you can see, the door is not just beautiful but it now allows me to look out securely from inside. The door has tempered safety glass. The lever lock has a double cylinder with an antique finish. I searched for a company to comply with my request and I found Secur-A Door was able to make my beautiful door. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. If I need another door in the future, I would not hesitate to call on their services.
