Real terrible experience with Sears Repair Service. Would give you a negative star of I could.
Call a Representative and specifically explain that I have three appliances to be look at and ask for a exact cost including diagnosis and estimates. I asked this question at least three times and each time he said it would minimally cost about 140 dollars for diagnosis only. He did not say 140 dollars for each appliance.
For three appliances diagnostics only 140 dollars was reasonable.
Instead they charge me 140 dollars for each appliance ( 430 dollars total ) and their estimated cost of fixing the appliances were more expensive then if I purchase a new appliances.
Got Ripped off for about 300.00 dollars.
Screw you Sears.
I need to buy three new appliances now and you know I be getting them somewhere else.
Oops, Never mind...Sears & Roebuck chapter 11 bankruptcy and last store in NYC recently closed.
