Очень странное ощущение. Вроде все идеально - хорошая локация, прекрасный ассортимент и даже мотивирующие надписи развесили. Только ощущение от посещения не из приятных. Правильно говорят - рыба гниет с головы. Назначаете менеджерами дамочек определенного характера, не ждите, что клиенты будут в восторге от сервиса. Их люблю-не люблю будет распостраняться на всех. Причём вообще не понятно, с чего вдруг каждый визит к вам будут относиться по-разному. С интересом наблюдаю за погодой в этом пространстве и каждый раз, перешагивая порог, думаю, гроза тут сегодня или штиль? Заметила, что текучесть кадров стремительная, видимо, всё-таки люди предпочитают покой вечным штормам. И да, была свидетелем того, как персонал обсуждает пациентов после их выхода из аптеки. А одну звезду поставила, оказывается, два года назад. Когда увидела объявление о том, что в купальниках не обслуживают. И вообще, прилично надо выглядеть. На пляже! У океана! В свободной стране! Человек не может войти и купить воды. Дамочек из Союза возмущает внешний вид обычных американцев. Кстати, рядом гроссери, в которой работают мусульмане. Намаз читают. И они не указывают, кому как одеваться и рады любым покупателям. Никто не поджимает губки и не шипит вслед молодежи с пляжа, в этой стране по закону можно ходить и топлес. Так что звезда заслуженная. Просто меньше оценок нет.А кофе хороший. И выпечка всегда свежая. Ассортимент суперский. А атмосфера нет

My quick visit turned into a very negative experience when an older man blatantly told me that I cannot have my service dog in the store. Under the ADA, I am allowed to take my service dog virtually anywhere. My service dog was not at all causing a scene or disturbing the customers or employees of the store.When I told the man I was ready to pay and that my service dog and I would leave immediately after, he told me that I must carry it in my hands or leave. The worst part of all is that this man was not wearing a mask for the entire duration of this humiliating exchange. I am not sure what position he holds at the store, but he was wearing something akin to a dirty tracksuit and only spoke Russian.The few times I have shopped at the store I have had positive experiences, especially with the ladies managing the food counter. However this visit left me very disappointed and I will not be returning to the store.

The security guard Evegene always come to work station dirty stench and smoky does not fulfil his duties all the time forget his duties around the day leave the goods on street and does not pick up them .Take action the manager and owner!

Very bad customers service at pharmacy desk. They basically running it like they were back in Soviet Union. Take them one week to call the pediatrician and after that they advised me to go to different pharmacy.

Excellent Pharmacy, very polite and helpful staff. It is my number one pharmacy, they have a lot of organic products and unique items which you won't be able to find in another regular pharmacy.

The rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. I tried to call in a prescription for a patient and the person tells me the pharmacy is closed (I called at 7pm) and then proceeds to hang up the phone. I call back and ask to please be able to leave a message and she repeats herself in a very rude voice and tells me that I cannot even leave a message. What kind of pharmacy does not have the capability for a medical office to be able to call in a rx on a prescription line???? If she was my employee and I heard her talk to patients like that she would be fired on the spot no questions asked. The place is an absolute disgrace

Looks like they make organic coffee but I never had a chance to have one. Every time I come there in the morning they can't make cappuccino because they're having a delivery! May be morning is not a good time for delivery? Or may be they just don't know how to make coffee. One way or another I'm not going there again.
