Got my beautiful boy ( Leo ) from Ulyana, he’s healthy playful energetic and affectionate, only confusion was she said he’s a Scottish seal point , he’s definitely some Siamese breed. Either way I’m happy with my new kitten!

I don't often leave reviews but this one is most definitely necessary!I have heard amazing things about Scottish Fold Cats due to my research on the web. They are great family cats and super lovable and gentle. The next step was to find where to buy one. Of course, how people breed animals and raise them once they come into this world is very very important and is an underrated fact so I was serious and precise about making sure I found the right people to purchase this type of cat from. I came across this website and ever since I reached out, these people have been nothing but kind and informative, even after I picked up our new addition to the family! Our cat is super lovable and sweet and has her own personality and is super smart. She is so great and gentle with my 5 and a half year old daughter too who is on the spectrum (Autism) which is a huge plus. I never met such an empathetic loving cat and I have these people to thank! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING YOUR CAT FROM HERE!

This is the worst person to deal with she does not sell Scottish fold kittens she sells Scottish straight and American shorthair and both advertising them as Scottish. Make sure before u fall in love a buy a $2500 kitten from her that it’s a fold and certified. Bc I got deceived with her when buying my cat and after taking it to the vet and found out one day after purchasing the cat from her I called to let her know and to return the cat and she said she will only buy it back from me for $500 because that’s what she thinks the cat is worth. Save ur money find a legitimate certified breeder. Her cats are NOT SCOTTISH and she charges $2500 for them she breeds her cats with American short hair and if ur gullible like me and love cats she will deceive u and do the same. If ur looking for a SCOTTISH FOLD OR SCOTTISH BREED SHE IS NOT THE RIGHT PERSON.

Breeders are problematic and are the reason why so many healthy and adoptable cats are euthanized at shelters. Those poor cats are forcibly impregnated and the repeated cycle of giving birth several times to then cause these cats to develop health issues such as cancer. Shame on you.

2018 Bought a 1 year old scottishfold from Ulyana, had the cat checked out to the vet right after picking him up he has gingivitis had to bring the cat to another vet to get his dental cleaning thats $1200 and he also has an eye infetion didnt get a single penny from her to pay any of his vet bill, she basically stopped responding and heres a proof of the contract to show that the cat is from her.

Last year we bought a kitten one of his eye looked sick after a one week he got very sick. The lady lied to us. I do not recommend the place to buy kittens because most of her kittens are sick or unhealthy.

Bought a Scottish straight about a month ago, and he truly brings a lot of joy. Was worth every penny. He is adorable, energetic, funny and well loved across my family, and has already collected an Instagram following at this point. Business is well run and the owners have made themselves available for any questions that may arise after purchase. My only regret is not buying two instead.Jan 2021 updateMy cat bought from this place is thriving, very happy and so much fun to be around. He was at the vet only once since then for bad looking stools but was immediately alleviated with a round of probiotics for a week. This breed sometimes acts more like a dog than a cat in terms of friendliness and I love it. I feel bad for those leaving negative reviews about trouble with their cats but I recommend any one buying a cat from anywhere to take it to their vet shortly after for a checkup. Any cat from anywhere comes with potential health issues and a proactive approach is required to keep good care. Most complaints are completely irrelevant to this business and more like complaints about cats in general. I am not a fake poster as some on this review board accuse and would be happy to talk about my experience to anyone looking to buy a cat from here or from another place.

I wanted to wait some time before writing a review about my kitten, Okra. I will say, I am very thankful that I was lucky enough to receive a healthy kitten. Initially, when I brought her home she hid for ~2 weeks. After reading some of the awful reviews, I was worried something was wrong. Julia is very punctual in her answers and assured me that Okra was completely healthy and this was normal cat behavior regardless of what hour I texted her. I took her to the vet, everything checked out… I had a completely healthy skittish kitty. Now, as it’s approaching the two month mark, Okra has turned into an affectionate, playful kitten and I am so happy I was patient with her. So, if you’re on the fence after reading some of these reviews… don’t be. I received a worm-free, felv and fiv negative happy healthy kitten.

This is our experience with Ulyana that we had. Trust me my review is not fake. I am not Ulyana's friend or relative. We just find her on line, called her and she answer a phone. I will start from the beginning . My mother in low had a birthday and me and my wife was looking for a kitten for her. We came together to Ulyana's place to buy a kitten. The price was not cheap. Almost $3000. I ask why is so expensive and Ulyana told me that this kitten is tested and with pandemic there is not many kittens is on the market. We paid, choose one that we like and left. When our kitten was 4 monts old( about 2 -3 months later) kitten stop play and eat. We took him to vet. emergency and after all test doctor told my mother in low that this cat is seriously sick and will not leave more than 3-4 weeks. This was not worms. It was congenital coronovirus.Kitten had liquid in his body. We were very upset. We called Ulyana and told her what's happened. She was in the process of moving, but treated us with great understanding. She took back a sick kitten and told us that she sale kittens also from other people. The one we took was not her. She let us select a new kittens that was her. We did it. We are really HAPPY. She could have just left and then maybe the kitten could die, but she treated us with soul. The kitten is about 7 months now. Very beautiful and playful. THANK YOU SO MUCH ULYANA.

After reading all of the bad reviews I noticed that 95% of the reviews said that the kitten they bought had worms. I changed my mind about going here because I want a healthy kitten not one with worms. I really feel for the poor kittens in this kitty mill. Please do not be fooled by all of the fake 5 star review.
