We had an amazing experience at Scott Jewelry! They were so patient and helpful when helping us check out diamonds for a necklace. The staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure we were happy with our choice. Plus, they gave us such a nice wrapping for the necklace! Super impressed with the service. Today while driving I saw an announcement that they were looking for help, so I stopped and walked in as i have youngest family members who are looking for job, I went all the way down the hall to the young man to ask questions regarding the announcement, he was so disgustingly rude that I assure you it's not much of hatzlachah for business to have him in contact with public .Where does he take all that ga'avah from??

I brought them a chain to fix it they told to leave the chain for few days and come back for I came back after an 2 days and saw my chain length was longer and I told the manager about that my chain length was around 22 inches and now it about 23 inches long and I told manager about it they told me that I stretched the chain which I didn’t we went back and forth with argument im so disappointed with their service they are scammers and they don’t know what their doing they ruined my chain and they didn’t horrible job all the workers are rude including the manager!!! SCAMMERS

I have shopped at Scott Jewelers for many years, They Never disappointed me. I wanted a very special Birthday gift for my Love. He was born in April so his birth stone is the Diamond.
I wanted a two initial ring. I searched on the computer for days. There were plain Initial Rings and there were Overly Flashy Diamond rings. What I wanted was for someone very special, so it had to be special. I did not want ALL Diamonds.
On 02/27/24 I went to Scott Jewelers. When I explained to Kyle what I wanted, he drew a rough sketch.
Today 03/24/24
I picked up the ring today. Wow ! Kyle You got it perfect !

They (at the back of the store) did my 5-month-old daughter's ear piercing. They were fast, efficient, and clean. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.
