Very poor customer service. The guy screamed at me and hung up the phone because I was complaining about a messed up job they did on my car. Very difficult and disrespectful guy. Please DON'T take your vehicle at this place. They even disrespectdull to their own workers bad too.

If you want your identity STOLEN, please do not come get anything done here. My wife & I came here to get her windshield fixed. We left them with our vehicle for over an hour, as we arrive back & we’re waiting in my vehicle for her car to be finished, my wife notices them sticking the registration back on the window. Now, if my registration was in a booklet inside the glove compartment, how in the hell did they find it & WHY WERE THEY SEARCHING MY CAR TO NOT ONLY FIND MY REGISTRATION BUT A DEBIT CARD IN A VERY PRIVATE PLACE. I approach them about it, they lie (of course), the owner comes tells them to stop working and calls the police. Now when the police arrive, we explain everything and we pay. They take my card & their system is trash, couldn’t even read my card. I tell my wife use her card. He processes her card takes the payment, has a look at her ID for verification. THEN TELLS US HE NEEDS A PHYSICAL COPY OF HER ID. AFTER TAKING PAYMENT. We refuse and they withhold our key from us. There is nowhere in the establishment that discloses that they need a copy of your ID, and if that’s the case why would they take payment first! Racial profiling happens in so many ways it’s not just direct and based off their actions it was indirect racial profiling. The cops had no reason to arrest me so they decided to find another way to be petty. In all the time I took for this to happen I would’ve been in and out somewhere and properly serviced. NEVER COME HERE!

The owner does not know how to speak to or treat customers they ordered the wrong glass for my Infiniti Q70 installed it didn't tell me I wasn't the same as the one that was broken after they installed it I did a quality check B4 pulling out and notice I wasn't the same glass brought to his attention and he lies and said that they don't make the double glass anymore for my car.. After asking him why wasn't I told that B4 I payed and installation was done I proceeded to go to Infiniti parts myself found out he lied I bought the original glass return to satellite for installation (cause Infiniti was charging 500.00 FOH) only to be told it will be 75.00 for installation. Huh you bought and installed the wrong glass and now I gotta pay you to do the job correctly, after going back and forth about his criminal act in which he tried numerous times to over talk me He walks away and never returned while I was there. I don't support neighborhood crooks and I would advise you to not support them at all..

I would of given them 4 stars but my phone was stolen out my car after I dropped it off to be fixed. No one did nothing about it. Didn’t offer to run the camera back didn’t offer the price of the phone absolutely nothing. So if u do decide to use them keep ur valuables with u before dropping ur car off. A bunch of thieves.

Went there twice, and the attendant was rude. He told me on two different occasions that the person that tints the windows was not here. TAKE YOUR SERVICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
