I went inside to get help and the teller couldn't help me . so she said the lady at her desk could help me but she didn't want to help me either . both women was going back and forth , for either one to help me. BUT YET THEY DIDNT . Very unprofessional. I am a good customer at this bank and to get treated like this was unnecessary. and the bank wasn't even pack . unbelievable.

There is a female Bangladeshi, Indian or Pakistani teller that is extremely rude and obnoxious. She refused to help me when I went up to her, and told me "can't you see I'm busy" in a very rude tone even though she was just standing there doing nothing.

I love this location. I worked here as a security guard, and I loved it! Mark is an excellent manager from what I've witnessed. The employees are awesome, they treat each other like family. Everyone is knowledgeable of the company, and its core values. Thank you!

It would be nice if every time I have to go to this branch the customer service people didn't just walk past me. They do it intentionally on purpose, so they don't have to help me. One of them would rather sweep the carpet then do anything to assist me. I'm not a load of garbage!

Bad service and understaffed. They always have an excuse why they can't help you. This is one of the worst banks for customer service.

Bad tellers, they make an issue about every detail in the check, even if the name is misspelled by one letter they won't except it, other branches are much easier with that.

Walked in to do a simple transaction, definitely WASN'T worth it all I got was a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE from the teller who cursed me out in Russian, just a word of advice If your going to curse somebody out maybe make sure they don't understand you first or wait till they leave. Apparently the new slogan respect is utter BS and doesnt actually apply in reality

The wait to a teller is long. You get to the teller and they say oh I can't read who check is made out to. My Gosh! Grow up. Just because you can't read English it's not my problem.
