Beware the tellers there constantly give less money as change.. GanuvimI withdrew 1500 dollars got back 1400I asked for 2 rolls of quarters there was 50 cents short in both rolls so got 19 dollarsThere is always long lines always 2 tellersBeware of the tellers I asked several people they mentioned the same thing they got less money backThis bank was once the best but now it's all a bunch of thieves...When you ask the. Call Santander Sunday August 20, 930 am spoke to gentleman by the the name of Mosha I tried to explain to him my a.t.m. Card was the wrong card he was arrogant and would that let me speak until finally he just hung up the telephone then finally I called up a branch on Avenue J and a woman by the name of Susanna took my report I don't think I deserve this kind of treatment would you please report this gentleman from the 16th Avenue branch my phone number is 917 -371-2260 Raymondzekowsky

I visited this branch today to do a transaction and I was next in line. The Jewish customer service representative called a Jewish customer who was after me in the line. I guess they only take care of their Jewish customers and not the rest of the public.

This place should be closed down! If I could give a negative star it would be too gracious. The waiting time on line is 25 minutes now even after complaining to some service officer behind a desk whom couldn't even care. The service here stinks as well. I will close my account .. in shirt Do Not bank here !
