I always feel so welcome walking into the bank. Everybody is always so friendly, which is important to me. Courteous, prompt and very professional is how I would describe the service. I feel that everybody goes above and beyond to assist you. Thank you to all the team expecially to Shehab and Francesca.

Love my bank and I call it my bank because they make you feel like family , when I walk in I’m greeted with smiles always , they take care of all my needs and always go the extra mile

The most terrible bank. This is the only bank that when you send someone money through zelle and they have this bank, even if its a dollar, it either rejects the transfer or takes 3 days to process it.

The staff, specifically Francesca, the manager(!), is not knowledgeable at all. She provided me with the wrong information twice. Double check everything she says with the main office. Call the general line or check online. Or even better, don't keep your money in their bank at all :)

Worse customer service as many of the reviews state. Took out my loan payment, which was paid off in full last month causing my checking to be overdrawn. Went to the branch and was treated as if it was my fault. The Sr. Specialist, just a fancy title, doesn’t know what she is doing. I have had it with this bank!
