Branch manager told me they couldn't access my Dave account because it was not a Santander bank card, then accepted my chase card for a withdrawal. Didn't get that!

My debit card was compromised and I needed to withdraw cash. So upon entering the Court Street branch, I was joyfully greeted by Asha who made my experience a swift and easy one. I presented my ID, told her my most recent transactions and bingo, received my cash!. I had gotten so use to ATM'S that I forgot how pleasurable it can be to interact with a human and a knowledgeable funny one at that!. Thanks for your professionalism and the laughs!!.Asha you rock!

I walked in this empty branch with my 2 kids, I see 3 employees But I still have to wait 5min to get attention, and when I say I need to close a checking account I'm told it will take 1h?? I say ok (to her surprise) but I'm asked to have a seat...the manager then immediately disappear in the back where only employees can go and let me waiting with no further details...after a while I decide to ask the employee that is in an office, he tells me is a trainee and can't help?! And the clerk finally says the manager went on her 1h lunch break ( it's 4:30pm!!) which is why it will take 1h?? Because she worked so hard and had no time to eat??? All a bunch of lazy liars... Closing an account at Bank of America took me 30s, a signature on a piece of paper and I was done...

So I was really disappointed 3 weeks ago when I walked into this bank. As I walked into the bank I received an unwelcoming greeting by Raquel Torres. Let me explain I asked Raquel Torres if I can cash my check cause I had forgot my ID and she immediately dismissed me just like that. Last week I met this nice wonder lady named Asha Khatri. This time I have my ID Asha said that you don't need an ID cause once you swipe your card your whole information pops up but if I was to have a very large amount then I would need two photo ID's. So I'm saying to myself how come Raquel Torres didn't know this policy. So I spoke to the Manger and he said that Raquel Torres is a banker not a teller, well shouldn't everyone in the bank know the simplest of policies? Manger was very cool and friend and he's going to take action on how Raquel Torres come off with her negative energy. I don't respect people like Raquel Torres on how she treated me.
