  Froze my mother’s account because she didn’t answer personal banking questions

  They refused to open me account because I was born in different country and even though I have US citizenship.

  If I could give 1 star I would. I closed my security box a few months ago in April and was promised a refund. I kept going back to the bank a few times to inquire about my refund and was told to wait for a manager. Nothing was done and still to this day I haven’t receive my money.
