It was a terrible experience！！！I went to do a one-time curly hair the day before yesterday. She told me $45, but when I was about to finish it, she said $80, because my hair is long, and I didn’t even wash my hair. I just curled it and made it out. Effect. It is completely different from what I want to do. This kind of behavior has already deceived consumers, because I was in a hurry that day, otherwise I would have called the police. This kind of fraudulent behavior will not be done again in the future.

I will never go back! I went as a model, but Larisa looked at my phone and read the correspondence, and was upset that I was writing what I felt, she hit my ear with a curling iron and pulled my hair slightly, the look in the end was so-so, I also apologized for upsetting her with my messages which I wrote to my hairdresser friend and left $40 for the work!

The worst place ever to color your hair! I came to this salon to do airtouch and the hairstylist confirmed she knows how to do it and I don't have to worry, she has been practicing for 30 years. Apparently, she had no idea what she was doing! She bleached all my hair, it looked yellow! She burned and destroyed my hair completely! When the owner came in and I complained, they have decided to do lowlights to fix the problem and also used a blue shampoo for blondes. Now I look like a mermaid. They charged me 250$ for this and the owner was "kind" enough to offer me to come back so they would do mask treatments for me for free. Thanks, but no thanks! Never again! Avoid this place! Now I will have to go to a real salon with real professionals to try to fix this disaster.

My first time in this salon. I had Lana do my gel manicure..very happy with how she didn't t use nail polish remover ....the place is nicely decorated and a very comfortable place...most of all very clean. I am going to have my hair dyed and cut there and whatever else I need. Very happy and never knew it was there and I live a half a block from them..Thanks Lana will see you again...Susan

Worst salon experience ever. I would not reccomend this salon to anyone. I took my daughter to get hair color. We specified what color we wanted and ask if the color was approperiate for my daughter's hair type. She said "yes" During our stay at this salon my daughter was made to feel very uncomfortable. The woman's expression was rude and unfriendly. After the color treatment was charged $300 and we could clearly see the color was not right. She put in three different shades of the color which we did not ask for and basically made my daugter feel bad for not liking the colors. On the third day when my daughter washed her hair it was unbelievable. Most of the color washed out. I went to her and explained what happened and showed her a picture of my daughters hair. We asked for permanent hair dye and instead she applied one that rinses. And she claimed that she had explained that it was temporary but she didn't. I would not have paid that amount of money if I knew it would wash out that quickly. This woman said and I quote " Because you keep complaining blah blah and and saying you paid so much money well I guess you could come back and will do it again". These people were so rude and condesending and they made my daughter and I very uncomfortable and I would never recommend this place to anyone. She does not know what she is doing.
