I put off transferring my prescriptions from Duane reade because I’m a millennial and hate making phone calls but I would have saved myself so much time and frustration if I had done so sooner.They answer the phone! They’re nice to talk to! They fill and deliver within reasonable amount of time! So glad to have made the switch.

Fantastic and speedy service. The owner is passionate about helping everyone and it shows! Sam pharmacy has been a blessing to the community. Sam personally goes above and beyond every time we have ever needed him. Especially during the pandemic when masks were a hot commodity and Lysol was nowhere to be found. For years he’s been a staple to our community and will continue being one I have no doubt. Thank you Sam and team for all you do. Impecable service and delivery too!

Love Sam's Pharmacy on Parkside Avenue. The customer service and overall service are supreme. I've patronized Sam's for years now. During COVID I was unable to get my prescriptions in a timely fashion and Sam's would always deliver taking into account the COVID guidelines. There is no long lines or attitude at this location and I've never had an issue with my prescriptions not been available. I highly recommend.

This place is dangerous. My doctor sends scripts electronically, and multiple times they told me they didn't get it. It wasn't until I asked them to re-check their system that they were able to find it. I had to go without a necessary prescription on multiple occasions because of this, when in fact they DID have a new prescription and had misplaced it, which is so so dangerous. I have since switched pharmacies and won't go back, and would urge others not to use this place either.
