The grounds & property is very dirty. The building & windows are dingy looking. Lots of litter & trash all over the grounds & sidewalk. This building is bringing the neighborhood down.

Went to drop off clothes and the lady who works there called my clothes dirty. She was rude disrespectful and very distasteful! Never again! And it sucks because the people who live there actually wanted the clothes.
