The grounds & property is very dirty. The building & windows are dingy looking. Lots of litter & trash all over the grounds & sidewalk. This building is bringing the neighborhood down.

Always people fighting or making threats out from of this building. People clearly on some kind of drugs like k2 or pcp, something making them violent.

Very rude, unprofessional and nasty female working the telephone. I bet she hates her life more than her job
