The office staff is incredibly helpful. They responded to my request for a change to my auto/homeowners policies immediately! They provided me with a link to a defensive driving course i could take on-line that reduced my auto premium and cleared 3 points from my driving record. I would highly recommend!

I reached out to Sally Guzzone when my homeowners policy was cancelled. Not only were they able to obtain a policy for me, they saved me a significant amount of money. I now use them for all of my nsurance needs. Their customer service is excellent!

I had one of their most expensive plans for my apartment and when it was damaged by water the only thing All-State did was send people with fans and to cut a small section out of the wall. The agents I spoke to with All-State refused to put in the claim even after I begged them to several times and I ended up paying thousands out of pocket to move my damaged furniture out of the apartment and for the repairs. Would not reccomend insurance with them at all.

Always a stellar experience to deal with.3 generations of our family has worked with Sally Guzzone Agency for many years. I alone, well over 20 years. Wonderful friendly staff.Lowest premiums. Easy to reach by phone for any questions, that actually get answered by local staff members, not some call center with people who do not know you.I couldn’t recommend the Sally Guzzone Agency more, and have done so for friends and family members who now use the Sally Guzzone Agency at Allstate for all their insurance needs.

I have been a customer of Sally Guzzone since about 1977. Paul and Mary were my initial Allstate people in this office however since they are no longer there Sally and her team continue to service my insurance needs. My only “pet” peeve is that I have always been the primary account holder HOWEVER for some bizarre reason when I married in 2014 my husband is now the account “holder”. I have addressed this but it has not been resolved. I just prefer my accounts remain in my name. With this aside I would highly recommend Sally Guzzone and her team to “handle” your insurance needs!
