They don’t want to help customers at all and when people bring rations including me they show attitude and tell them to ship packages back on line because they are lazy and don’t wanna work. They have bad training! When your bring returns they don’t want to except and they think it’s their fathers candy shop. Manager is very unprofessional and very rude. They are liens that they can not find the item in the system when you bring your receipt. Make sure you get all your money back. I do not recommend this place especially when it comes to having to return something.

Just got scammed at Saksoff5th here at the Sunset Park location. The staff changed the price on the shoes while they were at the cashier. I found these rare Celine two-toned leather sneakers in white, red, and blue - a rare pair. They were weird from the very beginning, asking me tons of questions about whether they fit me and if I was sure I wanted to buy them. So weird! The price was $150, lower than online by a couple of hundred dollars, which is why I decided to get them. When I got to the cashier, another guy asked me again if I wanted to buy them for myself...
Then he said the price is $347 with taxes. I was like, "whaaaat? Why did the price get changed?" And he goes, "I would sell them online for a higher price, so yeah the price is $347." I asked for another person to help me figure this out, as it was my girlfriend and me, and I showed her the price tag which said $150. They literally scammed me. I'll never come here again.

I don't like the reviews on here blaming the employees. These discount stores (TJX, Marshalls, Burlington, Off 5th, etc) are all hard to shop. This particular location is harder to shop because the disrespectful customers make messes way faster than the staff can keep up with. I believe this location is understaffed for the amount of foot traffic which probably results in less sales (I've seen a ton of people walk out without buying anything). I don't recommend this store to anyone and I don't recommend outlet shopping at all because the clothes are all lesser versions made with cheaper fabrics and shoddy craftsmanship but none of this is the employees fault. With that said, if you have the time and patience to dig and sort through tons of racks to find some pieces for your wardrobe, this store might be worth your time.

Saks Off 5th is an absolute SCAM!!! Do not order off their website because they will send you an empty box. Filed a complaint and a day later told me they won't honor a refund. I ordered a $600 watch and was delivered by an unmarked white van. The item was wrapped cheaply in bubble wrap. Opened the box and there was no watch! This lead me to search for other people that may have had this issue. TONS of other people with this very same issue. Never thought a reputable company like Saks would be running a scam on people like this.. numerous people not receiving items and being denied a refund. I would not be surprised if they are selling fake items in store. This company needs to be investigated because they are getting away with robbery! Now I have to continue to fight for a refund and hope that my credit card will refund me due to FRAUD! Stay far away from this company. These deals may seem too good to be true and that's because they are!

Excellent excellent store .. everyone is extremely friendly and customer service oriented from management down to floor staff and cashiers.
I shop quite a bit as they have carry excellent high end merchandise as great discounted prices.
The store is CLEAN.. stocked very well and always look great. After shopping online I realized that I enjoyed shopping in store far better as you can actually see the item and try on.
I have been to the 57th street location and hands down prefer this one. Parking a huge plus, managers all professional abd helpful.
Staff members are always helpful and enthusiastic.
They carry a great selection of designer apparel pieces as well as accessories. I was happy to find many items at great prices.. their selection is huge. I always end up buying more than I actually thought I would, it’s my go to place and quite dangerous as you always find beautiful pieces.
Recently, I purchased 3 pairs of sunglasses, all beautiful without scratches and manager was nice enough to find matching cases.
Impeccable store, management and staff.

This store became a disaster, dirty, clothes everywhere and only one girl really working(restocking items). Everyone else gathered together chatting and laughing loudly, not interested to help the customers. They should be commission only. The store looks like a ghost town. If you get paid to work, just keep the place organized and make some sales!
