Kathie helped me throughout my entire cross-country move. My situation was stressful; applying to apartments without being able to do an in-person walkthrough. Kathie spent at least an hour on FaceTime answering every question with a smile, and showing every detail of the apartment, building, and street. She was quick to answer any follow-up questions with detail as well. She communicated with me consistently throughout the entire process from virtual viewing, to application, to move-in. She helped to make a stressful move feel incredibly simple. Thank you Kathie!

Kathie was so fantastic to work with! Professional and on top of the many details involved with moving in & out, which is so helpful in NYC. And on top of that, she is such a nice and considerate person with any question or uncertainty I had, she is truly above and beyond. Even helping me figure out parking for my big U-Haul truck!
