I brought both of my vehicles to get the brakes replaced on the same day, but instead of getting them replaced at the dealership, they used aftermarket brakes. He pretended to make a phone call to the dealer, and when I requested the invoice, he promised to provide it once everything was completed.
The invoice never reaches me, and instead, he requests payment in cash. One week later, my car began to produce an excessive amount of noise.
After I went over to address the noise issue, he began to reschedule and asked me to come another day due to his busy schedule.
I decided to consult another mechanic instead. The second mechanic realized that the brakes were aftermarket parts, resulting in the need for me to redo everything with a different mechanic.

Rjaisingh.........When I was looking for a machine i found S.R auth on Google and I read most of the reviews nothing but good experience, so i decided to the shop and give them a try, I met Sham very friendly and helpful, He explained everything to me and help me true the hold process. If you need an inspection try it out but if they tell you work needs to be done get a second opinion I cannot stress that enough. Nothing needs the excessive amount of labor they will try to get you to pay for. Went to my other guy and was passed no problem. I did need some minor work done but not $2000 more like $200 and still passed the inspection without that minor work . Shady very shady

Kevin was great to work with ! I found several body shops in this part of the bay area - some had great reviews but I'm happy I chose S.R. Auto Service. Kevin was sympathetic to our situation and was great to work with throughout (handled insurance and car rentals). He kept me informed via texts about the progress and the repair job was amazing ! These guys are The Best. They have saved me three times, each with a different problem, including body damage from being side-swiped. Each time they were friendly, caring, and prompt. They explained my options and did as I asked. Their body work is amazing. I feel well cared for here!

I went to SR for the first time after purchasing a really beat-up BMW from the Facebook marketplace. There was so much wrong with the car, and they took the time to explain everything to me. They quoted me fairly and got the work done quickly. The car was working so well that I drove it from New York to California and back that very summer without issue! I returned a year later and they were just as wonderful, replacing gaskets when my engine was leaking and generally just checking out my car and making sure it was good to go. They even replaced my air filters changed my oil! The most important thing I will say is that I am a young woman who doesn't know so much about cars, and these guys are the best. They are not condescending in the least; they took the time to explain and show the problems to me, and their quotes are fair and reasonable. It would be difficult to find a shop with such amazing customer service for even the most inexperienced car owner. Nothing but great things to say about these guys!!

Sam and his brother are great! I reached out to them one time because I thought I had issue with my battery. They quickly dispatched a car to help me jumpstart. Turned out the problem was the alternator, but once that was diagnosed, the problem was resolved within 24 hours. Incredibly pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend them!
