I used to be a very regular customer of Rush Flyer Printing because of their high quality, quick turnaround time, and communicative service. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be equipped to offer any of these perks anymore.The prints I received were poorly trimmed, clearly a 'rush' job, and not anywhere near the 16pt card stock I ordered, not to mention the zero-effort customer service. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they were printed at the resolution I provided so the image is as crisp as my design. If I wasn't in a hurry to get them in the mail I'd scrap the order and print at Staples for a third the price. I don't advocate for big chains when I can shop local, but in this case, at least they would provide a guaranteed product.I used to like you guys, but you've lost my business.

Horrible communication. Were suppose to do business cards for our company. Collected $1,528.00 and NEVER made the cards or refunded our $$ I have tried emailing and they don't respond.>> I just uploaded a email from back in May of this year. Never got a response. Also the receipt proving we paid. But glad this review got your attention. I just emailed back to you as well. Please refund me and I will delete this review and not make any more on other sites.

Excellent service! We had our wedding invitations which looked like music festival posters printed here. The graphic designer, Marianna, was super helpful and immediately got back to us with a custom quote and proof. One approved, the order was ready to be picked up 24 hours later. We couldn't be happier with the final product.

I searched for a digital printing company to do post cad printing for a marketing campaign and found the best rate at Same Day Printing. The quality was great and the fast printing was awesome. I gave them all sorts of other work and they handled it well also. I would recommend Same Day Printing NYC for all printing work.
