On the face of it a good car wash, but when I got home I found a big blob of dried gunk on the hood (it looked like dried wax) that had damaged the clear coat and paint on my hood. It was surrounded by light scratches. There were water stains all over the glass and the instrument cluster was covered in chemical stains.
I ended up having to take my car to a detailer to fix the damage, even then it wasn’t perfect. Very frustrating.
Edit: The owner has replied then made up something about bird poop being the reason. Which doesn't explain why there was gunk on the car *after* it was washed.

I really appreciate how nice and attentive the staff are, and I can see this business growing even more with a few improvements. However, I think there needs to be more clarity around the scheduling process, particularly when it comes to the time allocated for services like a hand wash. I value punctuality, and unfortunately, the lack of reliability in sticking to scheduled times makes it difficult for me to plan my day. I would love to return, but the time management aspect is crucial for me. Hope this helps!

Posh was great as usual, i have been going here for the last little while per my friend’s recommendation. They detailed my car in places i forgot about!! They even got my hidden spare tire! For the money i paid i was more than happy with the results that i got! They detail bikes and jetskis too!

Have been to this place a couple of times for a hand wash and have always had a nice and clean car returned to me. The workers take their time cleaning your car. Sometimes there is a wait, because they take their time with every car, which is fine by me. Price is decent too compared to what other washes charge for a hand wash. Would recommend.

I got my tints done here on my M340i. It was definitely cheaper than most spots, but let me tell you why. First off, I made an appointment for tints and was told that it was confirmed. Drove about 45 minutes and when I arrived the person doing my tints was nowhere to be found. The manager at the time told me that they never received my appointment and thought we were only coming in for a wash. He did end up calling his tint guy and said just wait until he comes but there was no guarantee he could make it. Thankfully, the tint guy did show up…or so I thought. His crew consisted of two other gentlemen and one little kid. (I actually mean little kid, probably around 10 years old) I’m all for showing the next generation the ropes, but if I’m paying you a couple hundred dollars my car better not be a practice attempt. Lastly, the tints came out horrible… the cuts weren’t clean or precise and they never stuck on completely and started to peel. It never crossed my mind on how you could properly tint a car when there’s water spraying everywhere from the detailing being done on cars 3 feet away from your car. But anyways they offered to detail my car after and it did come out pretty good. They took their time and that was much appreciated. Piece of advice: Just wash/detail your car here… don’t do anything else.

The best REAL car hand wash. My car is always absolutely spotless and the gentlemen pay close detail to every part of the car. Everyone is super friendly and courteous. Been to many spots but this one is always worth it, even if there is a wait. Additionally, upon reading a review from someone stating that supposedly someone "stole" something out of their vehicle is very surprising because I thought I lost my bank card and ended up canceling it but the guys found it and handed it over to me. Been a customer since 2017 and never had an issue. Even if I was being tedious, the guys did everything without a complaint. If I could give more than 5 stars, I undoubtedly would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
