Google has only 5 stars, unfortunately; the rating is not justified! They should allow us to add 100plus stars. This Collision Center is selected by Progressive for a reason. Christopher, [I apologize if I've spelled his name wrong; English is my 7th language]. My initial rating was only 2 stars, all due to the lack of communication. I got the car back with the engine light, however; I'm promised that if there are any problems, there is a lifetime warranty. Don't worry if I'm not adhered to by the promise. I'll come back to my and update you all, nevertheless; I'm satisfied, my father's car, although I've not driven it and have also scheduled a 70k service appointment with Volvo yet to see any report. This place has made the car back to New. Thank You. The people that worked there were very friendly when I walked in the back and I had even a chance to dance to listen to some latino music and dance as well, ya right at the back. The car was given to me super clean and all the cameras and everything that damaged worked fine and even better. I've to ایرر report it to Progressive. Thank you Rojo and I apologize for being skeptical. East and West. Rojo is the Best! I'm not sure that even The Volvo Dealership could have done a better job compared to Rojo. If you can't trust Rojo, you can't trust no one else. If you have to go to anyone go to Rojo. Just close your eyes and forget about it. They will have taken care of everything! Give me a favor! Don't be like me! Leave your stress to Rojo. They will do the BEST JOB EVER! I THOUGHT I'LL HAVE MY FATHER'S CAR SOLD; GIFTED OR JUNK? NOW IT SEEMS TO ME THAT IT GOING TO STAY IN THE FAMILY FOR A VERY LONG LONG LONG TIME. I WENT TO VOLVO AND THEY WERE ASKING ARE YOU BUYING A NEW CAR? AND IT MADE LAUGH! HAD I NOT TAKEN THE CAR TO ROJO, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE SPENT ANOTHER $75K YET NOW ONLY $210 FOR 70K SERVICE. NOW YOU DO THE MATH. WAIT AND THANK YOU PROGRESSIVE, DEREK HOERMANN; THE ADJUSTER THAT HELPED ME COMMUNICATE WITH ROJO EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THERE IS ONE ISSUE WITH ROJO I'VE ALREADY COMMUNICATED IT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND I'M SURE THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CAR OR YOUR CAR. YOUR CAR WILL BE PERFECT! THAT'S WHAT YOU CARE ABOUT RIGHT? DON'T STRESS. I KNOW; BRING WORRY IS THE PROBLEM BUT ONCE YOU GET YOUR CAR BACK YOU'LL FEEL AS I did. 100 STARS oh ALL in CAPS ON.

Rojo Collision did an excellent job not only getting me back on the road but making my car look better than when I'd bought it. They are great when it comes to communicating what's going on throughout the process.

Brought my car in at the recommendation of progressive. Rojo was communicative and fast. My car looks brand new! They did a great job and I would definitely take my car here again if needed.

Manager is a pos. Made me wait a week plus days and then tells me to find another shop. Claiming my insurance never called him but the receptionist remembers speaking to my insurance. Don't book this place.

Just had some claim work done from someone bumping the back of my car. They cleaned the whole exterior after the repair and my car looks awesome. Repair was completed quickly and they kept me posted every day with updates. Friendly, professional, good repair. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future.

Initial visit was great - Nock was affable and professional. At pickup not a hello. Very impersonal. The repair was done well although a couple of minor requests - correcting window washer and mending a hub cap were essentially ignored. More concerned about payment than pleasant customer service.

Picked up my vehicle to find my designer shades missing which was in the overhead console. When i called to make a complaint i was told in 20 years of service they’ve never had theft issues. Clearly you have one now because my shades are missing. If you have a business with thieves as workers you will LOSE customers. I will NEVER use or recommend this company (Rojo) to anyone.Services: Steering/Suspension
