From the initial email inquiry, through the job itself, right down to the delivery of the final bill, I could not have been happier with the prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, high quality service I got from Riviera Electric. They installed two ceiling fans and a dimmer switch and some plugs for me. Rob did the job to perfection in just a few hours. He even took an old, non-working ceiling fan of mine away with him, to see if he could refurbish it in order to give it away to someone in the community. Love that! I thought their prices were very reasonable, and the estimate aligned with the original quote. I had to schedule an appointment for two weeks out, because they were booked up. This experience and the work was well worth the wait, IMO.

I couldn't be happier with the service that Riviera Electric provided. I upgraded my gas oven to induction and our in-wall air conditioners to ductless mini splits. To do that, we needed to increase the ampage to our apartment from 50A to 100A, add a 40A line to our kitchen for the oven and add a 30A line to our bedroom for the mini split compressor. Riviera was able to take care of all of this over 2 days, and did it at a price that was significantly lower than anyone else I spoke with. Thank you!

The best electric corp we have ever worked with. Very knowledgable, great service from a family run company, We needed a major upgrade in our electricity including a new panel box and a new account and meter. Team work with ConEd was required. Riviera expertly coordinated the project with ConEdison with as little stress as possible for us. Their work exceeded our expectations. ConEd was pleased as well. Riviera Electric - Dependable on time appointments with the required notice in advance. Communication from setting up the appointment to the final billing stage is great. Pricing is very reasonable. I reached out after Riviera Electric Corp was recommended by a neighbor. They had immediate availability and were able to schedule for the most convenient time. I received a reminder and upon arrival, they called me. The technician was very knowledgeable, was able to quickly diagnose the problems and fix the easy ones, and gave an estimate that matched the actual cost. Shortly thereafter, I received the detailed invoice with clear descriptions of the work done and directions of payment method options, along with a full estimate for other proposed work (with several options and price-points to choose from). Overall, we would highly recommend Riviera Electric Corp and look forward to working with them again.
