Cashier male with glasses and braids/dreds implied i could be a drug dealer because i tried to buy 2 cough syrups which were on sale from $10 to $3 ...gross. Central and basic intelligence called... drug dealers can afford to pay full price. Also most people are looking to save in this economy! Was he projecting because he sells? Forgot my id he refused to help ....Felt awful to be profiled because side effects of my medical condition. Dont waste your time or money here.

This is the horrible and worst pharmacy store. No one pick up at the pharmacy, like have to ring 10 times, might get someone. My normal Rite Aid close at Ocean Ave and Aue Z, so not like I wanted to come to the Nostrand store. I been there twice, and the wait at the pharmacy is ridiculous long and even, I'm the next person, waited like 20 min. And looking at the back of the pharmacy, there was 3 person, What that? You have two cashier station. This Rite Aid really need to review and starting making some change to the pharmacy staff. In the past, I never liked this store and now have no choice, because my old Rite Aid closed... But I'm starting to look at CVS, Walgreen, and other. This store manager should start looking at the review, been a 3.2 star is bad.. Might want to put some measurement on how to improve. and not just response to comment to call customer care...

A very disgusting staff. I am badly at pains and they are very slow and then called my name to take medication but when i am on front of desk they shouted set back again. I was badly hurt.

This rite aid here is very Racist from the cashier and pharmacy and the people that goes there if you a person of color nobody respects you from the customer and worker it’s like everyone team up on you they don’t treat everyone the same here it’s really disgusting at this store the whole work crew the store dirty never have nothing IF YOU A PERSON OF COLOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

2/14 Evening experience and as usual - horrible in every way- at best you may have a cashier, the self checkout today none were working and the manager did not want to fix them just told everyone to stay in line on this one register that he was on with 10 people waiting.few weeks ago a customer asked a cashier to help find something, this cashier who has an attitude already told the customer that he is there to work not to serve the customers.usually there is no one on the floor to help, its a dead empty store , have seen no cashier for 15min or so , everyone is wondering what happens next

Super slow pharmacy, whenever you get there, it's just lines and lines of people. The other thing is when you come up to drop off spot, the lady is super rude, can't explain anything, just pretends like she is busy, even though she constantly talking with somebody else. When I tried to pick up medicine, they said they never received the prescription, I called the doctor and they said everything was sent, I had to keep going back and forth and eventually stay on the line right in front of them, in order to get some response. Honestly before it was better, I don't know what happened to people in there, they just got lazy and rude.

I was racially profiled in this store by a Cashier. They asked what was in my sweater (it was my pouch) and when I asked why they would asked me that and if he was implying theft when they said they ”needed to make sure”. They then defended his actions by saying I looked like the theif from earlier.It was thanksgiving day and I wore a long skirt jacket and hat.I was at their checkout when this happened and was purchasing 50$ worth for productsIt is not his job to do this and he cannot ask about anything on my own person.When I returned the items because I felt disrespected he sighed and looked at me as if I was the disturbance, after he racially profiled me.

Rite aid on ocean and z closed, was told prescriptions would be moved to this location. Have been trying to reach ANYONE for over an hour but the phone continues to ring. How do you get through to this location and their pharmacy???

They have sign closed for lunch 1.30-2.00. I came 1.10 and see they are closing rolling shutters when I ask two times if they closed I was being just ignored. Amazing

3 self-check out stations, and only 1 working...3 or 4 cashier spots, and only one person on duty. When asked about non-working stations, the associate laughes becomes he chooses to and not fixing because he does not feel like. Sad that rite aid's are closing down, curious of poor customer service pushes clients (and sales) a2ay
