Worst customer service. Went in to grab a few things today at around 6:30pm the guy working at the register (blondish wavy hair & one AirPod in) couldn't even be bothered to respond back to me after I greeted him. He scanned my items and continued to stare blankly waiting for me to pay. I've worked customer service before and greeting customers is literally the least he could do.

Don’t waste your time ordering anything from here because the things they show available online will be out of stock!!! I ordered multiple items that were showing available, then got a email later on saying 90% of the items were out of stock…I also ordered pictures online for same day pick up at this store. I didn’t get any updates on the order for two days. I went online to check and found out the order was still processing, so I waited… Then on the 5th day, they sent me an email saying “your order didn't process properly and had to be cancelled.” What does that suppose to mean? They told me to order from a different store, but the coupons I used are expired…Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…

This store Is atrocious. I ordered pictures to be printed this morning; when I went to pick them up in the evening I was told "Ooops the machine is broken". They offered no apology or attempt at remediation not even an offer to send to another store

I wish I can give the front staff and the pharmacy a different review. I’m in the store everyday. It’s right next door to me. So satisfied with the staff in the front they are nice kind and polite. While the pharmacy at the back so nasty. My doc call the prescription to them and they told me they don’t take my insurance. Okay. The lady kept on saying they can’t hear me or understand me. Have to repeat myself a billion times. Waited for about 20 min on the phone, first one they hang up on me second one 18min they said which never pharmacy needs it they need to call. I called another pharmacy they can they can’t get hold of anyone. They seriously need to hire more friendlier staff.

Incompetent employees. Waiting times to get access to products while employees are not busy are endless. Trying to pick up an online order turned into a 15 minute wait. It defeats the purpose of purchasing online. Corporate needs to address the hiring/training process at this location.

Horrible Walgreens. I ordered photos and got notification last Wednesday (3 days ago) that it was ready to picked up and when i went to pick it up today (Saturday), they told me they cleared out and it was thrown away. I ordered it with a code that i couldn’t use again so it was lost to me.

Bad experience today at this Walgreens (coming from a former employee of Walgreens). I understand there are people out there that feel the need to steal deodorant, but here I am a paying customer and there’s a female employee one aisle away whoI politely ask to unlock the case for me as I’m in a rush. She’s literally 10 feet away and she says I have to push the customer service button so someone else can unlock it. Okay hon I see you’re lazy but when I was employee I would have gotten my a** up and helped the customer, call the person with the key, whatever. Do better! You’re lucky to even have a job.

This store locks up everything!!! I have to wait for a stock person to unlock the case for a Tide Stick!! Couldn't find anything that was needed. My BF sitting in his car . He's not too helpful or ambitious. Anyway, the store is ok.

I like this Walgreen store, but until today on 06/04/2022 , go to take my kid's second dose covid vaccine, our appointment was at 10:00 am, we always cone earlier before that and was told to wait , the cashier she was very nice and friendly and professional , but the women pharmacist in charge of injections，little fat, i didn't know her name, at the beginning she was ok, introduced the PFRIZE what we gonna take, and show me the Dosage required，ok, , Although this is the first time I have encountered such an injection experience，but i need to say she is really very serious for it. After that, Then told us have to seat there for wait 15 minutes to see if will have something happen, i went to paid for my kid's Lollipop, Then she started yelling at us, very rude.Well, I just want to say that you have fulfilled your duty as a doctor to remind us of some things, but you have no right to restrict our freedom, and there is an appointment at 10 o'clock, you made us wait until 10:30 , there were only 2 people including us at that time, what did you do in it?MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING , TRAINING!!!

Just unprofessional EVERY way possible. filled out form on line for vaccination but pharmacist could not find it and became frustrated with me when I questioned it, when it was there mistake. Went to purchase some items and items were left out of my bag! Had to walk back( 10 blocks) to retrieve product. I alway seem to have a bad experience with this Walgreens.

Every day i come in with my scooter and buy things and today a man told me you are not allowed to come in with the scooter and i told him everyday i come in with the scooter he told me iam here the manager and every day he see me with the scooter and didnt tell me anything

The NASTIEST heavy set girl with the blonde highlights that works in the pharmacy department!! Omg how does someone wake up with such an attitude. I was there for my COVID shot, she was even nastier to the little old lady before me. Wow!! I went 1-21-22 at 2:15pm. Someone like THAT should work at a prison! Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service.
