When it comes to the pharmacy-I love them. The line gets long but mainly due to customers conversations or an occasional error in the system. The actual products there are pretty pricy for the area and there's a huge store nearby that have cheaper prices. I'd only actually buy something if I see a deal on vitamins or (very rarely) other products. I'd also only buy makeup if I ever want to since it's cheaper than sephora.
The parking lot has potholes but as long as you drive in slowly then it shouldn't be a problem.
The staff are super nice but it's very noticeable that the shelves empty out quick and there aren't many staff members (let alone people to consistently restock shelves)

Wow where to start. Pulled into the parking lot and had to try avoiding one of the many huge pot holes. Someone’s going to mess up their car. Then we worked in and it looks like the store is going out of business. Half the shelves were empty and nobody had an answer to why. My wife wanted to see something in the makeup area and everything was behind a locked glass door and we couldn t get help to open it. Just seems like nobody cares. We won t be going back there.

I have noticed this location getting bad over the years, but today I can say it's reached a level that's completely abysmal. I came to simply get some men's grooming products. The shelves were empty! There were many shelves just like this. The managers either don't pay attention to ordering or having the employees stock the shelves. The place wasn't exactly clean, either. Outside the parking lot potholes have turned into MASSIVE craters! Someone's gonna either wreck their car or get hurt out there. Bottom line is no one cares about you there. Not the managers, not the workers, not the landlord. Do not even bother going to this location anymore

I want to see the greeting cards with the better designs; I noticed, that I never buy them at your pharmacy, surprisingly enough! I don’t like the cards at all… Otherwise, you are ideal. Today, I have these bought. Thank you for being as close to me, RiteAid!

I was at this location 30 minutes ago. Today's crew of this store is absolutely negligent, unresponsive, and unfriendly. I pressed twice the button to get just a toothpaste from the locked cabinet, and no one came to help me with. I was waiting for some time, and then went to the cashier for asking about the help. The lady who served the store hall let me know that she will help me right now and she knows about my request for. She wasn't busy with anything. However, no one came. I was waiting a little.bit more and just left the store. The whole crew was next to the exit and they knew I was waiting for them but no excuses, no sorry for their negligence given. So, I hope the manager of this store will take care of training about the customer service for their staff. It was the worst service I have ever had ?

They closed the Rite Aid pharmacy on kings hwy that picked up the phone, knew what they were doing, service was fast, just stellar experience. This one is the next closest one and omg it's history's worst. Some young girl with foot long nails will look at the screen, not see my refills (4 available) and say "well idk I don't see anything" the pharmacist had to leave what she was doing and refill my order. Just useless hire. I've been calling for two days now to request new refill and no one picks up and their website feature of course isn't working either. Hire back the personnel from kings hwy, everyone will thank you.

This review is for the pharmacy department. My rite aid location closed so I transferred my prescriptions here, came in first time to pick my medication up and the cashier (older Russian woman) was very nice at first until I asked her which insurance they have for me to make sure it’s the right one. She started yelling at me, being very rude like I am asking her something outrageous that has nothing to do with her, telling me how should she know which insurance I have that I need to call my insurance and find out. This is the worst I’ve been treated at a pharmacy, at the previous location that closed they were always super friendly and ready to help. She then sent me to the woman on another side to rebill the insurance and as I’m standing there she’s still yelling telling the woman “here rebill this she doesn’t know what insurance she has etc” so rude! Then when they finally checked me out it was a third person who I felt was just trying to get rid of me. All I did was ask the cashier to check my insurance ?♀️ some people shouldn’t be working in customer service if they have 0 patience to deal with people.

Slowest pharmacy on earth. The prescriptions always take forever. But today it took me two hours of waiting to get a vaccine even though I had an appointment! And the place is not busy. They just don’t seem to know what they’re doing….don’t come here.

Slowest pharmacy on earth. It's a very long wait for a prescription but if you come for a vaccine expect to wait over an hour even though the place is half empty. They have plenty of people in the pharmacy but god knows what they are doing. Find another pharmacy!!

This Pharmacy used to be one of the best for some reason recently they don't answer the phone. I can never get in touch with anyone to fill a prescription , I have to always go in in person that's ridiculous... one day i went in there and they weren't busy and I called to see if it would answer while I was in there and the phone kept ringing ringing ringing ringing and no one picked it up . Someone Has to get on them.... they seem like they have no care and I'm not saying every one of them but most of them in there.
