The pharmacy has become so overladen with patients that the pharmacists have started hanging up on phone calls. Imagine waiting half an hour in cue to inquire about an insurance issue and then getting hung up on. Really upsetting treatment and circumstances.

The Pharmacy here is not very good. Slow to refill, spotty notifications when prescriptions are ready. The neighborhood deserves better.

I am only writing this so that if a person is in need of medication urgently (pain meds for example) they do not go here. I trust it is not the fault of any one individual and I wish everyone who works there the best but this pharmacy first lost my prescription and is now saying it's stuck in their system. I don't know what any of that means but I am in severe pain without my medication and have been since morning.

The worst place to go if you need to buy something firstly they accused me of stealing and said "I am tired of you're people stealing from this store but the issue was that I was leaving with a bag and receipt.

Everytime I call the pharmacy I spend 30 mins to an hour and nobody ever picks ups. And every time is not an exaggeration. I never got through.

If you depend on your meds for good health DO NOT PICK THIS PHARMACY! Worst pharmacy EVER , they should shot it down since they always have problems with their phone system and even you can get a hold of them they will lie to you saying your medication will be ready next day!!! I don't even think they have a supervisor there! I REPEAT DO NOT PICK THIS PHARMACY FOR TOUR MEDS!! Horrible

Don't love this Walgreens, but this review is for the actual people who work in the pharmacy. In all of my visits here they have been respectful, helpful, and patient despite the fact that they are seriously understaffed and many customers are rude to them. They are trying their best... I probably would have cursed someone out and been fired by now. Respect.

There always seems to be a long wait. Even when calling in refills on phone. Today, I tried calling in my mom's refill. The system said that I was the second caller waiting. I waited for 25 minutes and the line suddenly disconnected. I called back and waited another 30 minutes and the phone disconnected again. I believe that I was hung up on purposely. They need to close their establishment, because they are unable to provide good service to their customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my 78 years! Understaffed, long lines for pharmacy and front checkout, impossible to get on the phone without endless waits and repeated disconnects, poor customer service, poor selection of drugstore supplies, so many things locked up, the store is a mess.

Went to go pick up a medication and they told me they didn't have it but then magically found it. They had me in there for 20 minutes trying to tell me every reason they couldn't sell it to me, with the medication right in their hands. They told me I couldn't afford it when I can, tried to get me to Google another shady online pharmacy, ect. Will never use this pharmacy again, they waste wayy too much time.

This is the slowest, most disorganized and unprofessional Walgreens pharmacy location I have ever been to. They've canceled prescription orders for no reason, had delays, been unable to fill and didn't communicate the issue, etc. multiple times. There also has not once been a time when I haven't had to wait in the pharmacy line for at least 15 minutes, often much longer. Terrible.

I am honestly being generous on rating 2 stars for this pharmacy. I recently went there for service that i requested and waited for like 15 minutes for someone to attend to me. Nonetheless, no one came to service me. I was disgruntled and left the store. Not to mention that some of the workers there have an attitude and appear to not like their jobs.I think this is one the worst walgreens I've been to so far.
