The staff is very slow in doing their work They act like people have all day to stand in line and wait for them and the longer the line the slower they are that is crazy

If I could give this location and their entire staff no stars, I would. I made a purchase and returned the same date via debit, which is technically CASH(March 17, 2024). It was posted to my bank account the very next day (March 18, 2024). Today is April 05, 2024, and I still HAVE NOT received my money back into my account. The store manager named Trevor Anthony was the one who processed the return and it took him 2 plus hours to do so which in my book us insane because I've never ever purchased anything anywhere that took 2 plus hours to be processed and I've purchased way more expensive items. At that very moment, was when I knew we'd have a major problem. I've had to make numerous attempts to follow up on my refund, aka "My money back $311.86). When I initially walked into the store, the Haitian store representative who wears her ID badge covered with a photo of herself (which is NOT proper uniform) refused to process my refund and she called the store manager to do so, this was after I had already waited 20 minutes in line. She was the only employee in the front of the store. I walked into the at 4:45pm, did not leave until 7:17pm as per my refund receipt (mind u, I have a refund receipt with no money back into my account). I'm not sure who's stealing from that store, but the customer service stinks. I will not stop following up with corporate until this matter is properly resolved, nor would I ever shop there again or any of their locations as a matter of fact. I find that when u shop in the hood, they have no manners, and the employees are not properly trained. They lack self care and do not care how they address their customers at all. My motto, if u do not like your job, perhaps you should quit because there's always someone else who may be more appreciative of it.

Worst pharmacy!!
I will not be sending any of my prescriptions to this pharmacy ever! The staff is rude, unprofessional and disgusting! I’ve been waiting over a week for a prescription. I was told it was delayed. I called to ask if I will receive it by Thursday. The young lady on the phone was so unprofessional and hang up the phone on me! Talking about “ if you got a text saying it was delayed why you think you will get it on Thursday. Excuse me what? Disgusting set of humans.
And they wonder why all their stores are going out of business. I hope this one is next.

Overwhelmed, short staff , unhelpful. Better off with a local mom and pop pharmacy. They send you to 800 Walgreens to do what only they are authorized to do.. save the head ache go to a mom and pop

The people in the pharmacy love to waist your time. Called in a prescription, went to pick it up 2 days later and they still did not pull the medication.

I wanted to give 0 stars but they make you rate them! It's really sad that the only Walgreens in this neighborhood is extra ghetto! From the doors to the service! I order pick while I'm at work and it still takes them forever to fulfill( like over 2 hours sometimes and then they don't even have what you need or they substitute it with something totally different! Now if I order in another area that is not my own, I get it in 30 mins or less and that is disgusting! Let's not talk about the pharmacy!! If it wasn't so convenient I would not be coming to this one. But given how my service went today with my pickup order I don't want to order anything else from this place. We need better services in our areas, this really just makes me sad and so angry that WE can't get the same service as other areas do!

2nd time leaving priority package for FedEx and it's still not picked up. I left it on Friday. Today is Wednesday. What are these people doing there? Misplacing packages???? Please get more organized! Or don't be a FedEx drop off!
