Rude staff who can’t be bothered and don’t follow their own business hours, especially pharmacy workers. They will take an extra long lunch break 15 minutes past posted time when they supposed to reopen just to agonize 20+ people cramped in the back by pharmacy counter, many of them elderly folks with limited mobility and not enough chairs to sit. Shame on you!

In my 37 years of life I have never been accused of stealing. But today in this location I was racially profiled and accused of stealing. By a so called security guard who happens to be black in this location. And then I was told it could be a language barrier. Funny because while he accused me of stealing i understood everything he said. There is really not much more to say. But I will say if u are a person of color BE AWARE!!!!
(Don’t be the next Victim ) like I was. They hey lost business from this Coustomer. Rite Aid SHAME IN YOU!!! I will be taking my business somewhere Else. I have been a rite aid shopper since opening in my location. And I’ve never been accused of such a thing. And it was embarrassing.

Not only does this store generally smell bad, but the shelves are half empty. It looks as if nothing has been delivered in weeks.

Great shopping at our local RiteAid. Lots of choices, clean store and friendly staff.

Quite literally the most annoying rite aid and rude staff @ the pharmacy. Never have anything in stock and NEVER answer the phone “because they’re so busy”
Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. CVS down the street is way better. Please don’t waste your time in people who don’t even care to help or offer solutions if your medication isn’t in stock :/

Typical messy, unpleasant chain drug store. The pharmacy and other staff are nice and helpful. I only go there because they have my prescriptions. I don’t understand why these stores can’t be less unpleasant.

One star is still a little too generous. The pharmacy is definitely the absolute worst when it comes to basic communication about prescriptions, timing and expectations. I am very surprised Rite-Aid as an organization hasn't done anything to improve the quality here.

Gerard is an EXCELLENT pharmacist. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, and always willing to do what he can for you.The rest of the pharmacy staff, though...well, I was always told that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything, so I'll just say that they are extremely good at collecting their paychecks.

Horrible, had appointment at 9:40am for vaccine. I arrived 20min early and still had me wait until 10 past 10, the girl would tell me to wait, the doctor or whoever is giving me the vaccine is coming. Also, the way they talk and speak was condenscending. HORRIBLEEEEWW

My wife needs a prescription for her health that is critical to her on a daily basis. I went to pick it up. They didn't have it. That's ok. They asked me to spell her last name and became very rude about it. I asked if they could check if it was sent to a different rite aid by mistake. The cashier and the pharmacist suddenly became hostile and told me to try CVS. I never raised my voice or said anything negative. I won't be returning and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

This used to be one of the nicest Rite Aid stores in town but, as of recently, it feels like they are about to shut down indefinitely. Now, I am aware that Rite Aid filed for bankruptcy, and they are closing many of their locations, but this particular store is supposed to be fully operational, and I can see that they receive regular supplies of merchandise pretty much every day. Yet even though boxes of goods are constantly brought IN through the main entrance, the store shelves are nearly empty in every single aisle. I can tell for sure that Unilever is not supplying Rite Aid with products anymore. The entire deodorant section where Dove, Degree, Axe and Suave products are supposed to be displayed, has been empty for many weeks now. Similar is the situation with hair care, household, bath care as well. Shelves and shelves with nothing on them. It's really depressing.
