Brought my bike in for an insurance inspection. The staff were very helpful. They helped me look for a new frame. When we could not find one they directed me to someone who could repair the damage to my carbon frame. They get 5 stars in my book.

Had a great experience renting a bike for the day.
7 speed hybrid was perfectly capable to ride through Brooklyn, Manhattan, and The Bronx. Bicycle was in good shape/rode comfortably, and included a lock/helmet.
Friendly service at the shop, and an amazing value to roll around about 50 miles and get a great experience in NYC.
