The one who picks up the phone is terribly rude! Been waiting on my essential meds to be delivered for 10 hours now and even with calling a few times for an update, we’ve been given the run around.Go elsewhere for ur RX needs!Note, Dr called pharmacy at 1pm, midday. Delivery was close to 10pm.

Horrible experience. first time dealing with this pharmacy they gave me the runaround. Who ever answers the phone is very rude. Called after 10 was placed on hold four times. When I asked to speak to a manager she didn’t even say hold on she just placed me on hold. I was simply calling to find out if my daughters medication was going to make it on time if not I was going to go pick it up because she’s four and has the flu I definitely needed her medication the night of. I also paid for medication out-of-pocket the least I could’ve done is be given good customer service. I would be concerned if I was the owner of this facility as to how my staff is running in when he/she is not present. I would not be returning to this pharmacy was definitely disgusted by the services. Very unprofessional.

Is ridiculous, they never pick up the phone. You be waiting for 20 minutes and the phone just keep ringing off for prescription and even for k we the counter .
