Patrick, Steven & the rest of the crew are always very helpful. This place also stocks an impressive amount of electric & plumbing supplies, to go along with the rest of the lumber & building supplies in stock. They also offer free delivery, if you buy a decent amount.5 stars!

Great customer service. We are making small updates to our house and had to stop by a few times to pick up things here and there. We found this place to be very helpful and friendly service and well stocked. Nice to not have to run to Home Depot and just pop I’m here for supplies.

I called first looking to find a rubber washer for my Koehler shower wand hose. I wasted my time a few weeks ago going to Home Depot. Even if they had it nobody at Home Depot would bother to check. I called on the phone and the person who answered was very helpful and polite. I explained the part and he said he thought he had it. When I came to the store and showed the washer. He asked if I called on the telephone and I said yes. His name was Ray and it took him all of 1 minute and he came back with the correct washer. When I asked how much it was he said $1. I was a little embarrassed as I ran out of the house without any money so I asked if I could use my credit card. He smiled and said don't worry about it! That's so rare today and I said I will be back for other things and will give him the $1 as a matter of principle. It so happens I went to a bakery across the street that only took cash so I went to an ATM, made a withdrawal and stopped back to pay Ray. He also helped me with a kitchen cabinet hinge which I was surprised that they had. The store is large, carries a great selection of plumbing supplies, including, toilets, tile, faucets and just about everything you can think of. I read the one other review on the business and was surprised Richard gave them only 3 stars which may have been because of the news network they play. REALLY?? Everyone spoke perfect English, was welcoming, friendly and eager to help. The price look good and high would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. I will definitely be back.

Qin Lumber is their major area competitior of similar scale (thus wide inventory variety and availability), low prices (and by this I mean near wholesaler pricing), and knowledge. Major difference are service here has nearly all front desk staff having very good if not near native English support and even the hauling staffers are very perky and happy suggesting they're paid better, mostly Hispanic and Mexican with fewer Cantonese than most competitors. Their hardware choices also tend to be not the rock bottom prices with better quality but one will pay for it thus I say their value is similar but their prices are higher overall. Inventory variety and availability is good across all seasons. They've also frequent discounts (clearance, overstock types) on display. I used this place per my contractor's personal preference (mostly for geography as they're the biggest of the large format hardware stores walkable from 8th Ave at 65th St), but their prices aren't the lowest for the same item. They, however, play OANN (One America News Network), Drumpf's temporarily preferred "news" network thus potential customers will want to spend accordingly.

I had a very small project of cutting two pieces of marble to top my radiators. Ash and everyone there couldn't have been more accommodating to me. From setting things up by phone to going to the shop, picking what I needed, and getting it cut that day, they made the whole process easy.

Been a regular customer there, when there is a exchange require , they charge 33.33% restocking fee for the products just purchase a day ahead. If you need to purchase from them, carefully inspect every single piece and dont over buy. They charge way more than 20 percent restocking fees for good return. And they refuse to take back any discoloration or defective items.
