I love this store. It's like a little oasis of music, books, and movies. I usually go to check their used CD selection, and I've always left with the most awesome finds. Super eclectic selections, and of course great Russian vinyl you won't find anywhere else. And the guy who is usually working Sundays is very helpful and great to talk music stuff with. Definitely recommend checking it out.

This is a hidden gem! The second floor is the place that every book lover needs! Also such amazing choice of kid books. They also driver manual in Russian language. Guys that work there are super knowledgeable and helpful. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you need books and vinyls! Used books are on the first floor. The second floor is for new books. Super good!!! ?

Vasilyev and Simon are both experts on Russian film and can recommend you a great choice in your favorite genre. If you are learning Russian, you need to hear various accents, and watching films with English subtitles is the best way to reinforce what you have learned. Sadly, I have not progressed far, but I am having fun along the way! Also, obviously, if you already know Russian, than why not patronize local businesses! This is a friendly place, often missed by tourists visiting Brighton Beach. There are many books and records here as well. Not too expensive.
