This Rains offline store is better than the Soho one because first of all, it's bigger and so it displays a wider variation of bag products. Also, Sarah was exceptionally attentive and professional, being an immense help to my shopping experience. She was genuinely nice, kind and well informed. Overall, I highly recommend browsing this Rains Williamsburg store for some nice bags or raincoats/jackets.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at The Rains Store in Williamsburg, all thanks to the incredible sales associate named Sarah. After calling two other stores in search of a specific bag, I was met with frustration and dead ends. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I contacted The Rains Store in Williamsburg.
From the moment I reached out, Sarah went above and beyond to assist me in locating the bag I was searching for. Not only was she incredibly helpful on the phone, but she also took the time to call a different location and confirm the bag was there and even called me back to let me know that they will have it on hold for me.
I highly recommend The Rains Store in Williamsburg to anyone in search of not only high-quality products but also exceptional customer service, especially from Sarah. Her willingness to go the extra mile sets her apart, and I will certainly be returning for any future shopping needs.
