At first it was fast and kind service. Then they sent the wrong size diapers. I spoke with someone and they assured me they would fix it and get the right size out. A week later I have left a voicemail and now when I call they pick up and hang up the phone. Won’t even answer my calls.

I walked into Rainbow Medical, on Ave. U, this morning with many questions and numbers. Julia answered all our questions and pointed us to the exact pair of compression socks that my husband was directed to wear. We couldn't have been happier with her service. Thank you, Julia.

I tried to get a custom wheelchair fixed. I got the medical referral they asked for, and over a year later, with many phone calls and messages left, they still haven’t even sent a mechanic to look at it. I will never recommend them

Rainbow Medical Supply is a very good Company. All staff that I have interacted with is very courteous and professional. My go to person, Julia is always on point! My mother's supplies are always delivered on time & we've never had any issues.

They have my prescription for over 2 months, I keep calling them and get the runaround. I truly don't know how they stay in business! Stay away from these scammers!

Absolutely the worst business you can ever encounter. They took my order saying a medical bed should be about 2 week job. Two, three, four weeks passed, radio silence. Never answering calls, never responding to voicemails. One month later they notified that they contacted the doctor office for more information... to make this story short, 3.5 months (!) later they called again and informed me they were still "working" with the doctor office. By that time we got the bed from another provider and frankly totally forgot about this "business".

As of right now very bad experience no one answers phones then when they do they lie to u sayin waiting approval from insurance but when speak to insurance there no pending transactions for the service when u ask store u can’t get straight answer

My experience with this location is below zero. My dad went there to get a shoes and after he left his prescription for over 3 weeks. They lost it and we had to get another one. And I emailed it to MARY as she recommended , and she never respond back about received it. I sent three emails and she ignored all of them. I called her today and she has no idea about the prescription and when I told her about going to another supplier for better service. She didn't even care. My recommendation don't even bother to go there , the entire staff are careless and no management there.

The ABSOLUTE WORST business I have ever dealt with. They literally never answer their phone, it’s always just an answering service and they don’t know anything about anything!!! No one ever returns calls. They came and took measurements to get my mom a wheelchair a year ago and they STILL have not gone through with it. This store needs to close down!

the absolute worse customer service, nobody answers the phone in the medical supply place ever! nobody calls back, nobody even bothers to look into any issues on behalf of their patient. they should be shut down, they don't deserve to service patients in need with such poor customer service.
