Racist store employees namely Nicholas whose bigot biases leads to a less than impressive shopping experience. Rag & Bone corporate are you abreast of the insipid employees like Nicholas whose demeanor soils the reputation of your brand? You charge premium prices yet fail to provide premium customer service, stop the charade and start hiring people who are alignment with your brand image.

I am lucky enough to have been shopping at the Brooklyn Rag & Bone store when a wonderful fellow Shauad worked there. He has since moved on to pursue his dreams as an actor at which he is sure to succeed! He left me in the hands of the most WONDERFUL people!! Aliana,Rose & Nicholas to name a few of the kindest, most eager to please & most genuine people who I assure you will quickly become your friends! If you want to be the best dressed shop at this store with these wonderful people!! Have fun!!!

I have been in a 4 month terrible saga over a pair of shoes purchased from Rag and Bone that I dropped off at this location to be sent out for repair. The shoes were lost (at fault of FedEx) but Rag and Bone- both corporate and this location have treated me with terrible customer service. Ping ponging me- their customer- around for months only to offer some store credit but not even enough to replace the shoes that were lost. So disappointed in the entire experience- it will be a long time before I shop at Rag and Bone again.

Poor quality control with the clothing. Clothing rips too easily, not seen well. Staff isn't helpful with taking time to help make returns.

Lovely experience in this store; it’s a bit smaller than the others but still has a good selection. I went there to purchase some of the Dre jeans and the assistant store manager was really kind and helpful, she knew exactly what sizes I needed in every design and was really helpful with her suggestions. Could not rate highly enough!

Danielle is one of the rudest store managers I have ever encountered I will never shop at tag-bone ever again because of her she's extremely unprofessional and a liar. Horrible experience!

The service and professionalism that we've experienced at the Brooklyn/Court St. Rag & Bone has consistently been excellent. Nick (Sales Associate) and Richard (Store Manager) are unequalled in their service and commitment to the customer. Thank you! Recently my wife and I were preparing for a trip to Paris and presented Nick with a few Rag-Bone sweaters needing minor repairs. To our surprise and extreme delight, Nick offered to take the sweaters to their tailor for repair. In short, the repairs were expertly done and ready for pick-up the same day. We're never disappointed with the quality and cutting edge modern style of the Rag-Bone brand. Thank you and continued success. Carroll Scott

I have brought many Rag and Bone clothes and they are good. This store however was an unpleasant experience. Staffs were not friendly and scammed money.
