I’ve been waiting three days to get ear medicine for a two-year-old girl from this pharmacy. Every day the pharmacists found a different excuse. At first they didn’t see it on the computer. On the second day they needed more information about my insurance. On the third day, when I provided a printout of the working insurance and a photo ID card, they told me to finally wait. After a long wait, I asked the cashier how much longer of a wait. She told me that she didn’t know. I’ve asked them several times already and they still haven’t prepared the prescription. I’ve worked at Belilovsky’s pediatrics for multiple years, we direct our patients to this pharmacy - they constantly complain of similar problems. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this pharmacy.Edit in response to managements reply - unfortunately, I never received the medication. It was not promptly made and I was made to wait an indefinite amount of time with no estimated end time. After patiently waiting for at least half an hour I came up to the receptionist asking for an update and was told that they were not making it and still didn’t know when it would be ready. Having decades of experience, at the very least I expected better communication.

I’ve been coming here for years but lately they have some woman blonde woman working in the front and because of her I am changing pharmacies. Disgusting, no regard for peoples time. Every-time I go I am waiting in line, people are complaining and she’s just walking around until the pharmacist yelled at her to worry about the line. Completely clueless this woman is. She should not be working in the front.

I recently visited Rabinowitz Pharmacy and was impressed with their great service and excellent selection of products. Marina, one of the managers, went above and beyond to help me by personally finding and gathering the items on my shopping list throughout the store. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now whenever I need to purchase medications, and I am always satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy and its friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Thus is a place where all your questions about your prescriptions and any medications will be answered. Moreover, Sasha and Marina relate to you personally , make you feel comfortable. The rest of the team is very approachable as well. I have been a customer of this farmacy for more than 20 years, and I recommend it to everyone.

I was in a fire. People raised $500.00 for our household. I was told by Western Union I could pick up the cash at this Pharmacy. Pharmacist tells me they have to write me a check. Then I remembered, you don't have the complexion for the protection girl. I left and let Western Union know. See something, say something. Don't let bigotry get baked into the fabric of our systems.

I've been here a few times either to pick my kids medicine or to pay bills but what I don't like is that my 2 yr old is curious and she goes and touches the toy and this old guy comes and tells me in a rude way if am buy the toy and I said no and he's like ok then tell her don't touch and he's there guarding me and my kids making sure we don't steal or touch, like hello their kids ?? horrible place they make you wait so much time for your medicine horrible almost 30 minutes to pick your medicine up

I wanted to share my review about Rabinowitz Pharmacy. I’m a costumer for many years and never been disappointed with the staff or the service. Everyone is always super friendly and ready to help. It doesn’t matter if it’s the store purchase or the RX related requests. Many times when my medication wasn’t covered by insurance, the pharmacist or the pharmacy technician took time to explain this to me, made calls to my insurance company to check and get the answer why. They would have a patience to call my doctors if RX needed to be changed to other medications that insurance pays for. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Thank you all who works there and helping us to stay healthy.

Every time I come here they never have my meds. Its hours after my doctor sent them and I have to pick them up late at night. I always just accepted it.I had medication sent to this pharmacy that I needed urgently. I arrived and they told me to come back at 8 and I was annoyed but I understood. I told her I would come back later since it was early in the morning. I called hours later and asked if there was a chance it was ready and if it isn’t, it’s okay. The lady on the phone was actually really nice and ensured me that they would call me back. I never got a call but I went at 7:30 to pick it up and waited there 10mins because they couldn’t find it.The next day I had more medication sent since I was at the hospital in the morning. I went to go pick it up and I asked for it. They had seen me yesterday and the lady goes ‘again? Didn’t she get her things yesterday’. I was worried that would happen to I explain, that it was something else. The snarky lady goes “I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to my girl’.I apologized and genuinely felt bad because it wasn’t my intention to answer but it’s MY MEDICATION. she starts throwing the medication she was packing into the small basket aggressively and this is when I lost it. Every time I been to this pharmacy, they have been rude. I stayed quiet and was fuming inside but I did not say anything since it wasn’t worth it. Plus I was in horrible pain. I wanted another 3mins as others arrived and quickly got their medication. Lady comes up to me and asks ‘what are you here for’. I repeat my name and she goes in the basket ‘it’s already done, don’t know why you’re waiting here’. I took my medication and left not saying anything because as someone who works in customer service, yelling and being upset doesn’t get anyone anywhere.This happened less then a month ago and I waited to write this because I needed to find a new pharmacy. I was worried if I wrote my experience and I couldn’t find a pharmacy that they would do something. When the lady was throwing things in the basket I did not feel comfortable there.
