Used to always go there, then out of nowhere wanted me to charge to a plastic bag! Owner getting upset because I asked for a receipt. Never going back there again

The owner is dishonest. I went to pick up some household items. I know how 99¢ and Up stores run. Items are 99¢ plus tax unless specified. I bring my things to check out and the owner takes a long time to look over them. There is no price on them. I looked for the pricing beforehand. Then he charges me $2.49 per item. I asked if they should have been 99¢ and he scoffs at me saying there is no way these items are 99¢. Well then they should have been marked accordingly. That is super dishonest business.

The lady always has a nasty attitude, and yells at her own customers because we don't know the prices of things but she doesn't even have price tags on everything
