This has been my laundry spot since I moved to the neighborhood ! I don’t use wash and fold services but for self serve laundry it’s great. I love the reusable laundry cards and how big the business is. There are a lot of laundry and dryer machines and even during the busy times I always find a spot to wash dry and fold. Everything is clean and the staff is nice.

I went to wash on 12-09 23 at 7:45 in the machines 12,13'14'15 the person in charge was cleaning the machines and squeezed the cleaning cloth inside the machines putting all that dirt inside when my machine was already While rinsing, I told him why I was doing that and he answered me very rudely and he was doing his job. It's not the first time I've washed there but that lady is very rude. It's not the first time she answers me badly and she's always in a bad mood saying that The faster you leave, the better for her.

The laundromat was fine before the lady short lady came into management, I dont know why or how she was hired. She picks on everybody for the littlest things and never stops complaining. She makes her own rules that aren’t even part of the policy. If you want to avoid problems and have a good laundry experience, do not come here!!!

This place was good to wash before till a lot of lady workers started to be very greedy with the washing machines, I get they working but taking over all the machines is very selfish from them they put music loud on top of that. Take your clothes elsewhere people.

I like it, I always wash there. The only thing I don't like is that now I see a lot of bags of tuallas. Piled up in the back where I knew how to wash. But the service is good

I have never in my LIFE been met with such distastefulness by any kind of worker, under any circumstance, and this is me putting it as nicely as possible. The woman working there is a raging b*tch and actually managed to pull me out of character and tell her that to her face. She's incredibly rude, nasty, and pushy. She's super unwelcoming unless you are of her nationality, from what I've seen. I was kind as normal whenever I receive any type of service and she was just ridiculously terrible. I'm just angry I actually spent money there. Unfortunate since the place itself is decent. Never ever ever going back there unless it's to dance over its ashes.

The truth is, the machines are good but the service is bad... there are people who come straight from work and can't even use a bathroom... it seems like they're too lazy to clean... it's all because it's close to home...

I honestly wouldn't even give it one star but I had to. So last week I go in to drop off it's 9:20 there's no one there except the lady who works there. She sees me and starts screaming closed I'm like I'm just dropping off she said no. Okay I leave pist, because it says it closes at 11 and I'm dropping off not doing it myself. I give it another try today Sunday and it's 7:17 and same lady is trying to tell me I can't dry my clothes because they are getting ready to close. Mind you I washed my clothes there. Absolutely not, I ignored her and put my clothes in a dryer. To her complaining in Spanish which I understand that no one wants her to eat and all this other none sense. I will never go back there so if anyone wants to buy a card from there with 60 dollars on it let me know.

Just tried to wash my clothes at 9:03 and they said it was CLOSED. It was in fact open and would have had PLENTY of time to dry my clothes as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Many better laundry places around the neighborhood. Avoid this place!

At 9:30pm I wanted to do a 15 minute delicate wash, no dryer needed. I would have been out the door at 9:45pm, but I was denied - even though it closes at 11pm. My other laundry was already in the dryer, so I would have timed it to be done at the same time.(Thank you for the kind response, I changed the review)

This place would absolutely have the best reviews if it weren’t for the rude, nasty, miserable, useless lady’s they have working. You’re better off asking a wall for help than asking any one of their workers. And everyone complains about them. Literally EVERYONE, and management/owners decide to do nothing about it. If i lived closer to the other laundromat on Wyckoff I definitely would avoid coming here. Machines are decent though.

Horrible customer service by the lady from today in the afternoon always catching attitude I let her know the dryer wasn’t working if I can change it to another machine get my money back since my machine is still going I’m just wasting time she said that’s not her problem what kind of answer is that this is not the first she’s always fighting with other customers too I love coming to this laundry because is near my house but customer service is horrible
