It’s the worst place I’ve ever visited. The office starts work at 7am, but I was waiting till 8:05 and nobody came.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Quest Diagnostics. I scheduled an appointment via the NYC Health + Hospitals website, where I was informed that I qualified for a free COVID-19 test. Despite having clear symptoms and being eligible for the test, I was told upon arrival that I needed a doctor's letter or had to pay for the test.
This requirement was not mentioned in the appointment confirmation, leading to a significant waste of time and energy while I was feeling very sick. It's frustrating that a service meant to be accessible to everyone in need is burdened with such unexpected and unclear prerequisites.
It's unacceptable for Quest Diagnostics to partner with NYC Health + Hospitals if they can't honor the free testing commitments, especially when timely testing is crucial. I hope they improve their communication and policies to prevent others from facing similar issues.

The worst experience in my life! The phlebotomist was unfriendly, had unkempt appearance and spoke with her colleague in Spanish all the time ( I don't speak Spanish ). But the most importantly, she drawn my blood so painfully and unprofessionally ( I am a RN and perfectly know how it has to be ), so 4 days later my arm still hurts and I have bruses!
I would not recommend this place!

I had a 7:10am appointment this morning.i was taken in to the room then. I had such a pleasant experience. The lady was knowledgeable and gentle.

Had a nurse named Iana she was so kind, patient, and attentive with my questions! great service! Using the website was pretty easy- it's just signing up, putting in your info, setting an appointment date, get email verification, etc. nothing crazy- wait time was also pretty short but I depends on how long other patients take, the actual tests were quick ?

I made an appointment for 9:30, but came half an hour early. I was admitted in five minutes and the doctor who took my tests was very nice. But you should definitely know that the clinic is located on the -1st floor and there is no connection there, but you can make a check on the spot using the terminal.
