The tech didn't believe me and when My doctors office did open the tech was too busy for me so I had to leave was very disappointed don't know if she filled my script

I came at 3:00 for a drug screen and it’s currently 4:10. Still nothing. They were also rude to a patient for coming in at 3:40 for a walk in drug screen as well and told them “you know its late right?”… Even though the place closes at 5.

Worst experience at this place. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional from the first moment you walk in. They talk to you with attitude and treat you as if they were doing you a favor and you are there for free. Go to the one in Nostrand Avenue or on 14th street for a more professional and better service.

Very unprofessional and rude. Arguing with patients and refusing to assist people with very simple questions. Commenting "I need to get to lunch" and storming off.

I cannot say enough good things about Quest Diognostics on Ralph. I was able to easily book an appointment online for my tests. I arrived about 15 minutes early, checked in on my phone and was actually called in about 5 minutes early. The technician was a delightful, pleasant young lady who made me feel comfortable and was quick and efficient. She was very gentle and alleviated my any nerves I had. Bathrooms were large and clean. The waiting room is large and clean with 2 kiosks for check in as well. I've read some bad reviews about this place, but that was not my experience at all. Should I need tests in the future I would definitely go to Quest!

It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, they will make you wait. A long time. And when you ask how long, the answer is oh we don’t know, we are just working, you need to be patient. Because your time does not matter, and why should they care. Avoid. Save your time and effort. I watched people walk out after waiting pointlessly.

Terrible staff that does not respect patients or HIPPA rights. Walk-ins are not welxome and treated like trash. I was a walk-in who had already checked in, and a staff member came out to check me in again so that I could make an appointment. When I tried to do it myself, she pushed my hand away and wanted me to brocast my full name to her in a waiting room full of people. I went to Labcorp in that same building. They were able to accommodate me in less than a half hour. At least they know what HIPPA rights are. Dealing with Quest at this location was an absolutely awful experience, especially so early in the morning. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Went today for an tb. I was scheduled for 11:20 am and arrived at 11:00 am. Didn’t get called in until 12:15 pm. After she was done drawing blood she then covers me up with tape instead of a band aid. When I asked her if it’s sanitary she ignored me. The only reason I didn’t take it off yet was to take this picture to provide proof.

Terrible place . Unprofessional and if you don't have an appointment DO NOT GO THERE . So sorry for the older folks who are not internet savvy or have access to a computer to make an appointment. If you go there without an appointment YOU will have to WAIT 2 to 3 HOURS or not be seen at ALL. The staff doesn't care about you.

Terrible customer service. Even from the supervisor who denied me the privilege to speak to an a manager. According to her/Sydney it’s her business she’s the manager and everything. Very nasty attitude I had to the physician and ask to be sent to labcorp. They lost 4 patients because of that. The piece of paper they give me when I ask for a manager.

I was told I can walk in. I saw drug tests began at 10 AM, I made it to the location at that time to prevent a long wait. When I arrived I was told I couldn't walk in. This type of miscommunication is very inconvenient and unacceptable and should be addressed.

I came to this office 3 times and there was no one at the front desk to help me, my first day going I was told to sign in on a kiosk when i did that I was told that walk ins are not priority however there were only 2 walks in . Their workflow is literally all over the place and they girls in the back are not in a rush or busy at all, I myself see patients and on a daily I do vitals, labs, ekg and remove splints between 8-5 for about 40 patients a day and our patients do not wait this long. It seems like they are having more fun than anything in the back there. When someone does show their face and you ask them anything they give you attitude. Today I asked “I have an appointment and would like to know how this goes” the staff member responded and said “look at the board thats how its going with an attitude” very rude and very unprofessional.

My experience was great! We came in by wheelchair access in the back, waited abt 10 mins, Marcia, the tech was friendly and helped my 95 yr old Aunt and we were out. Thk you.
