They weren't seeing anyone because "the systems were down". Quest Diagnostics is owned by Blackrock and Vanguard, and that is why it sucks so much. Avoid any healthcare companies run by private equity. They do not care about your well being, they only care about reducing costs for themselves.

The 2 nurses I interacted with were very helpful and nice. They were nice to the other people in the office too. For getting my blood drawn it was a really good experience.

The whole process was efficient and fast. The young ladies there were polite, courteous, and professional. I forgot to get a letter for work, and there was no issue. I returned, and the young lady acknowledged me and assisted me with no issue. I was extremely pleased with this location.

Check in process was easy at the kiosk, minimal wait time due to no one else being there, tech was quick and efficient. She drew my labs within 10 seconds and I was done with the appointment in <10 minutes. She said the results would come in 2 days but I got my result next day.

Been here twice now and both times I've scheduled an appointment and been in and out in under 15 minutes. No frills, friendly employees, fast service.

Natasha was great -- I didn't even feel the needle stick. Blood draw was quick and completely painless, and Natasha was so pleasant.

I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was taken in immediately. The phlebotomist was excellent and did her job quickly, painlessly and in the nicest possible manner.

I went for lab work. I have extremely small veins. I informed the technician that I didn't want to be poked 5xs. She was such a professional, she was able to draw blood on her first time. She was also very plesant. Hoping I get her every time I go for lab work. Ill give her a 10 plus rating.

Quest is what it is! It's a no frills office where you can get your blood drawn. That being said, making an appointment was easy, the check-in process was automated, and the staff were skilled, professional, and friendly.
Be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, but otherwise it was as pleasant as it could be.

There is no one at the reception and the black employee with curly hair who is there is not helpful. She needs to learn patience

Very shabby environment,a slum, gives one a feeling the place is dirty. But they get the job done. I went to one in a different locale and it was sooo much nicer. Where is Quest management?
